Had a collision repair preformed on a 1yr old truck. Both driver side doors were replaced with oem replacements. When I was told the truck was completed I found multiple defects (torn molding, chipped paint, rear door didn’t line up) left it for an additional week for them to rework those issues. The 2nd time to pick it up both doors didn’t fit correctly, front door doesn’t shut correctly and body lines do not line up. The service advisor told me I was being to picky and that this was as good as it can be. Didn’t offer to do anything to make it right and told me that is just how it is.UPDATEAfter posting the review, the manager reached out to me and offered to look at my issues and fix them. I scheduled an appointment and dropped it off. They were able to finish adjusting the doors so they lined up and shut correctly. I updated the review from 1 to 3 stars.

Just got my car back a few weeks ago after sitting there for three months and get the looking in the front plastic by the tow hook got busted somehow guessing whenever they towed it in in the front plastic clips that hold the bumper together with the plastic is missing about half the clips this car should not be missing any or have any damage on it the car was only three months old right off the lot before the wreckServices: Painting

Hit a deer and my car was pretty out of shape. Athens Dodge Collision Center went above and beyond to keep me updated on when they got my parts in, how long it would take and put my car on speed order knowing I was paying my rental out of pocket.
