“I cannot emphasized enough how kind, communicative, and patient this team and complex is. I have just received approval for my apartment and they helped me in ways beyond expected. I am moving from out of state and they were flexible with communication, waiting for forms, adjusting deposits, absolutely anything you can think of. I never felt as if i was in the unknown, I worked with Averi who has been helpful since even before i applied when I was just first interested. They extended my application to work with me being out of state, took time to speak to my managers at work to clarify anything I could not communicate. This management is EXCELLENT! I cannot wait to live at Westpark Defeintely recommend! You can also schedule follows up if you want to move later in the year which helped me find my place!”
“My experience living in the apartments was a really good one. I have nothing to complaint, The apartment was nice, and I felt it was decent, especially considering the price we were paying. Overall, it was quite a nice place. Never really had an issue with my apartment, Ms, Sanese at the Lease Office, always greeted me with a smile and was always willing to help. In fact, I had many questions about the process and the payments and she always took the time to answer them.”

for a two year period. Super nice guys, very responsive, and easy to work with!”
“So far I’ve had no problems here and the staff are always very friendly. Maintenance requests are quickly resolved and the rooms are in good condition for the most part. The amenities here are also nice, including a free coffee station and a 24/7 fitness center.”
“It’s a nice place. I haven’t been here for long but their response time is very fast, especially when it comes to maintenance. I put an order in at 1am and they fixed it by 8am. My only thing is that they have a bug issue. Cockroaches.”

“We moved here in early 2024, since then the experience has been mostly good, but there have also been some less than great things as well. The management has been very quick and nice when dealing with our concerns. They are always answering our emails quickly and seem to always be willing to help out. The maintenance team is awesome. They always show up super quick and fix whatever needs to be done quickly. They are also super nice and friendly people as well. The amenities are nice as well like the laundry (despite being expensive) and the pool. The community is very safe and we have largely had no issues with other residents. For the price point the apartments are nice and spacious and I would definitely recommend living here to people looking for affordable apartments in the area.”

“I lived here for two years. Love the leasing ladies and no bugs or roaches in apartment which is such a plus as most places have issues with that. They spray monthly which is nice because most places just have you request it. Amazing pool 9ft deep section”

“I’m a new resident but so far I have had SUCH a good experience here! Their maintenance team is unmatched compared to other complexes in Athens. I truly think the price is worth it for the Townhomes, you get so much space and me and my roommates love the neighborhood vibe here. They have been so responsive and seem to genuinely care about their residents. I recommend SO much after all my great experiences here especially with maintenance!”

“It’s competitively priced for the area, shared amenities are in surprisingly good condition. Apartments are old but they function, nothing lasts forever. Internet is very solid as well. Community has a lot of families so there are a lot of kids and teenagers around and it’s very rarely quiet, fine with me but keep it in mind when thinking of starting a lease. The main problem is just the buildings are old but they’d have to pour a LOT of money to get these modernized, I think they’re ok for what they are.”
“I couldn’t be happier living here!! It is such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood like community! All the other residents are so friendly and quiet! I also love being near everything Athens has to offer while being tucked away in such a quiet community! I feel very safe here and have had zero concerns with other residents! The property also just had some new renovations! They repaved their road and added a dog park that my dog absolutely loves!! I have no plans on leaving anytime soon! I would definitely recommend living here!”

“This apartment complex and staff are rare. It’s one of the best apartments I have lived at. The staff is kind, easy to work with, quick to help with anything, and always in communication . The grounds are extremely clean and cared for. The apartments are reasonably priced for the size and quality. I have not had any pest complaints which can be rare in the humid moist south. This is not student housing so the neighbors are friendly and quiet and clean. I strongly recommend this complex to anyone whether a young single adult or small family. Wish I could take this place with me when moving.”
“I had an overall good experience with this community. The price was great and so was the location. It's within driving distance to campus but the also had a shuttle. They're nearby a lot of shopping, both grocery and entertainment. They have a lot of parking but there are a lot of residents so the later in the night you park, the less spots available near your unit.The pool was the only amenity I really used but it was great. It was also really convenient having an Amazon Hub for your packages.Everything in my unit worked and didn't have any issues while I was there. My roommates did have to get things fixed, but maintenance would come and fix it pretty quickly.”

“The Lark is a decent place to live as a college student. Rent is cheaper than most other apartments that are within walking distance to downtown and campus. It’s also nice to have a pool and gym, a balcony, and my apartment is significantly bigger than most of my friends’ that live in other buildings (I have a HUGE closet and bedroom). However, the garage gate and ground floor entry to the building have been broken for almost a year so anyone can come in. Also, my roommate’s car got towed by the Lark last year even though she had the parking pass on her car and she registered it with the Lark, and while the Lark didn’t make her pay to get the car back, they did not offer to reimburse for the travel to where her car was taken or offer anything for the inconvenience. Additionally, I’ve noticed many rats outside the dumpster and trash always gets piled up outside. Lastly, there is no way to receive packages that get delivered after the workday or on the weekends since the leasing office isn’t open. So overall, it’s fine. I renewed for the second time for next year so I do like it enough, but I would not call it luxurious.”
“Very quiet neighborhood, maintained and maintenance is quick. I don’t have any complaints other then some of the kids/teenagers outside but hopefully it continues to be quiet into the summer”

“My son just moved in and the 4 bedroom unit was freshly painted and spotless . All of the furniture , appliances etc working and looked great ! The carpet was clean and everything was ready . However , they have a huge wasp problem that live in the gutters that haven’t been cleaned . You can’t go out in either deck it’s so bad and they never answer the phone so hopefully they will fix it , of they do I will update the review to a 5 . Wasp issue fixed !!! They love their place and parking there is so easy ! Other places like Standard have zero guest parking and you have to use meters if available and park on the street and walk , Also it’s so easy to get to UGA campus as the Athens transit is across in front of the GATED complex and the second stop is the UGA library ; you don’t even need a parking pass . Also mostly students on the transit in that section of town . Also I was super worried about the pool due to the reviews but it has been clean and well taken care of since he moved in so I added the pool photos ( he’s lived there for three months )”

“University oaks is an apartment complex rented by low income people. Sometimes that means less intelligent folks as recently there was an incident where questions are answered with gunfire. Doesn't happen too often, but it does happen. Renter be warned!”
