“My 5 stars are dedicated to the amazing staff that works here. Very professional, hard working, kind and any maintenance requests were finished on the same day. My sister lived here for 2 years and she absolutely misses it. Pros: Clean Pool always, close to multiple highways, on an avg 14mins to UGA, 2mins to Costco, 2 mins to Publix, bottle shop, Walmart, Olive Garden. Cons: Older apartments have poor insulation, no deadlock from inside, partially gated, open parking with shade from trees.”
“Sanese at the leasing office has been a God send for me, she has helped me in anyway that she could.
The apartment I am in has just been freshened up with a few new things, and for where it's at is reasonably quiet.
The pool looks awesome and I'm looking forward to getting in it.”
“It’s a nice place. I haven’t been here for long but their response time is very fast, especially when it comes to maintenance. I put an order in at 1am and they fixed it by 8am. My only thing is that they have a bug issue. Cockroaches.”
“My experience with CTP has been great. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, emails, and are helpful with general questions. Each maintenance request has been handled efficiently. Emails are quick and helpful. They really do a great job working with college students and making sure needs are met.”
“Over all, this apartment facility was a favorable experience. After our year lease was completed, we received our expected final account balance due notification letter. The letter was simply threats of legal actions if a sum might not be paid immediately; nothing about recognition of a good year of business. The final total due was a reasonable and expected amount, but the clear impression left with us is that (1) this apartment complex must have a greatest percentage of lessees of the sort that do not pay for what they have already taken, and (2) that this apartment complex categorizes all lessees as the type which would steal. I might offer that this apartment complex would do better, to review the nature of the lessee’s behavior before sending their final sum due letter. Keep in mind that many people have other younger students and they may be ready to lease from them again in the future.”

“This is a nice complex, I really enjoy living here and I love my bedroom, the neighborhood seems peaceful and the only downside to this complex is that the city bus only comes on weekdays, not night or weekends.”
“This apartment complex and staff are rare. It’s one of the best apartments I have lived at. The staff is kind, easy to work with, quick to help with anything, and always in communication . The grounds are extremely clean and cared for. The apartments are reasonably priced for the size and quality. I have not had any pest complaints which can be rare in the humid moist south. This is not student housing so the neighbors are friendly and quiet and clean. I strongly recommend this complex to anyone whether a young single adult or small family. Wish I could take this place with me when moving.”
“I couldn’t be happier living here!! It is such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood like community! All the other residents are so friendly and quiet! I also love being near everything Athens has to offer while being tucked away in such a quiet community! I feel very safe here and have had zero concerns with other residents! The property also just had some new renovations! They repaved their road and added a dog park that my dog absolutely loves!! I have no plans on leaving anytime soon! I would definitely recommend living here!”

“I had an overall good experience with this community. The price was great and so was the location. It's within driving distance to campus but the also had a shuttle. They're nearby a lot of shopping, both grocery and entertainment. They have a lot of parking but there are a lot of residents so the later in the night you park, the less spots available near your unit.The pool was the only amenity I really used but it was great. It was also really convenient having an Amazon Hub for your packages.Everything in my unit worked and didn't have any issues while I was there. My roommates did have to get things fixed, but maintenance would come and fix it pretty quickly.”
“As a parent, I cannot say enough about Uncommon Athens. The property is excellent with spacious floor plans, high end amenities and a downtown location that could not be more convenient. But what really sets Uncommon Athens apart is their staff. There is always someone available onsite with the knowledge, experience, and authority to answer questions confidently and handle issues quickly. I recommend this property to everyone.”
“Very quiet neighborhood, maintained and maintenance is quick. I don’t have any complaints other then some of the kids/teenagers outside but hopefully it continues to be quiet into the summer”
“It is absolutely amazin to be living at River Club. The management service here at River Club apartments is absolutely stunning. They have amenities required – gym, tennis courts, pool, basketball court, etc. They have recently installed new furniture in all apartsments as well as renewd kitchen, bathrooms, and everything. They did not even raise prices after fixtures which is unheard of.”
“My son just moved in and the 4 bedroom unit was freshly painted and spotless . All of the furniture , appliances etc working and looked great ! The carpet was clean and everything was ready . However , they have a huge wasp problem that live in the gutters that haven’t been cleaned . You can’t go out in either deck it’s so bad and they never answer the phone so hopefully they will fix it , of they do I will update the review to a 5 . Wasp issue fixed !!! They love their place and parking there is so easy ! Other places like Standard have zero guest parking and you have to use meters if available and park on the street and walk , Also it’s so easy to get to UGA campus as the Athens transit is across in front of the GATED complex and the second stop is the UGA library ; you don’t even need a parking pass . Also mostly students on the transit in that section of town . Also I was super worried about the pool due to the reviews but it has been clean and well taken care of since he moved in so I added the pool photos ( he’s lived there for three months )”
“While there may be challenges to infrastructure this staff is proactive and efficient in fixing anything that would make life inconvenient. The staff keeps everyone informed via txts and emails, maintenance staff are very courteous and polite and do an A+ job meeting various on demand requests for this property. I feel very safe here which is more than I can say for many of the properties in Athens. Would definitely recommend.”
“University oaks is an apartment complex rented by low income people. Sometimes that means less intelligent folks as recently there was an incident where questions are answered with gunfire. Doesn't happen too often, but it does happen. Renter be warned!”

“I am a long term tenant of Georgia Green and am giving the maintenance staff and Kathy and Savanna a 5 star review because it is well deserved. The townhomes are well maintained, as well as the grounds being well kept. My experience with Kathy (Manager of the premises) is that she promptly responds to ALL maintenance requests. She assures that all issues will be handled and resolved immediately and she always kept me abreast as to the date and approximate time of the repair. Her communication with the tenants is excellent and well appreciated. Savanna(Assistant Property Manager) is pleasant, proficient, as well as knowledgeable. She immediately submitted all of my maintenance requests and has always effectively answered every question that I may have had regarding lease/rental renewal issues and so much more. Thanks to all of you. You make Georgia Green a pleasurable place to live.”
