The dock attendant is rude. When you show up to get gas, you have to call a number because the person “supposedly” working isn’t in the booth. When you call their office, they tell you they close at 5pm, when in Reality they close at 4:30. And if you call and they say they close at 5pm and show up at 4:34, the person in the booth comes out with an attitude and tells you they are closed and when you explain that you called and was told they close at 5pm, she then tells you that the office closes at 5, but they stop selling gas at 4:30. Just wanted to share that even though their hours are till 5pm, they really mean 4:30.

I needed a open slip for sailboat and I become a member at Safe Harbor Trade Winds marina a few months ago. It is a very well kept marina with nice amenities. The dock carts come in very handy. The staff are very professional and courteous. The day I launched, one even came to see if I needed anything. So far I am very pleased with the whole experience and looking forward to many great days out on the water!

They have what you need to make your on the water experience easier. You can even get repairs done on property. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The facilities are fantastic, nice pavilion to come in and have lunch and take a break off the water but what really makes the place is the staff. Wonderful people, family friendly environment

Wonderful experience with Safe Harbor. We initially booked on a weekend that had unusually cold temperatures. They called us and asked if we wanted to reschedule because of the weather. We rescheduled for mid June, and the customer service is PHENOMENAL!!! Easy check-in, happy to help, prepared to answer all questions, and communicated all details of the boat. 10/10 recommend!!!

Had a pleasant fishing experience, even though didn't catch what was expected. We had good fellowship timeArea was nice/ clean. Rest room facilities was best I've ever seen at this type of public place.
