“Hands down the best shop to take your vehicle to. Took my truck to a different shop because it was misfiring. Shop (ATC in Grovetown) told me that it was damaged to my camshaft and I needed to replace the engine and quoted me 10k for a new engine. I called Chris at Carswell Automotive to get a second option and he checked it out found the problem within 2 hours and fixed it. The part was $50.
So don't be scammed by these big time shops. Go to Carswell Automotive and get an honest answer.”
“Craig did an excellent job on my new SUV. I called him and he recommended I send pictures of my issues. He gave me a ballpark estimate based on the pics I sent. He arrived as scheduled a few days later and proceeded to do his thing! About an hour and a half later, my car looked as if the dent was never there! Very professional and personable, not to mention reasonable. Highly recommended!”
“Had my Carrier Bearing go out on driveshaft, and locked down rear wheels at same time on my truck across the street at the JET, called up and told them my issues and Patrick came over and checked out the truck and diagnosed a stuck rear caliper. I had the truck towed home cause I do a lot of my own work, but they worked with me to get my carrier bearing and u joints done the next day when i know they were booked out weeks. They helped me when I needed my truck back fast. Definitely recommend them great customer service!”

“Truck had a weird issue with what I thought were the brakes. They looked it over, no issues with the brakes, but the did fix after getting permission, the hose for my wiper fluid. Great service, easy to chat with and discuss issues with the vehicle. Highly recommend.”

“I just want to recognize the excellent service provided by the guys at Jiffy Lube in Grovetown, particularly James. I installed new rotors and brake pads on my car during the weekend but for some reason the brakes were grinding and making noises. James quickly identified the issue, made a diagnosis and repaired the problem. Apparently I needed new hardware to hold the brake pads. It took him less than an hour to complete the service. He also bled, flushed, and replaced the brake fluid. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable during the whole process. It is pretty impressive to see a technician working on cars with a clean uniform, that means he knows what he is doing. Thanks again for the great service.”
