A very simple, unassuming RV park with full hook-ups. The site was narrow and we did not have a picnic table, but it was not a problem for us. The camp host was delightful and we enjoyed our stay.

It is a small campground run by the city. Full hookups for $25 a night. Camp host Kay was such a delight. The campground is in the heart of Andersonville.

It's a fine park but I found it very expensive for the limited benefits. It has a pool and laundry and showers, and so do many other places for half the cost

City park that has FHU for a very reasonable price. The RV park is old but doable. It is quiet and the on-site host Kay is awesome.

Nice, very quiet little park right in town. Has full hook ups but the sewer connections for two sites are next to each other. This means the person in one site will be able to hook as usual but the other will have to run his “slinky” hose beneath his camper to use the connection. Also the sewer connections in the pull through sites are near the front of the site—this doesn’t work well if your RV, like ours, has the dumping connection near the back of the camper. We ended up buying a 60 foot garden hose at the Tractor Supply in Americus to dump our gray water. Dumped sewage on the way out—pulled forward and used the slinky hose. (Tractor Supply also sells propane by the gallon with no tank exchange. Just take your tank. The many historical sites in Sumter County were amazing! In addition to the National PIW Museum in Andersonville the Jimmy Carter National Historical areas in Plains were enjoyable and *do not* miss the Rural GA Telephone Museum in Leslie.Overall I’d recommend this campground because it’s quiet, centrally located, and inexpensive. No playground or other activities. Lots of critters visited—chickens and a huge gobbling Turkey as well as four friendly cats.

This RV park is nothing more than parking spaces and hard to get into if you have a big rig. It does however have full hook up with 50 amp service . 25.00 dollars plus service fee of I believe 50 cents. If you like your neighbors owning just about touching yours, this is the campground for you. The advertisement is so misleading..

This is the best spot to stay if you're visiting Andersonville Nat'l Historic Site or Jimmy Carter Nat'l Historic Park in nearby Plains. Cynthia in the office and Kay the CG host are very friendly, easy going and helpful. The signage at the entrance to the CG isn't too good, so as soon as you see some RVs parked back off the road, you're there. The bath house was clean and the water hot. The sites are kind of close to each other and the concrete pads are pretty small. There aren't a lot of rules for this small town CG. You will see and hear the neighbors chickens/rooster, turkeys, and guinea hens! The Little Drummer Boy Museum where Cynthia is located is a $5 donation and worth it for the $25/night price of the full hookup sites. We got solid Starlink and Verizon service.

This park is very small and the sites we got were only about 12' wide. There are nice open sites with slabs. All the sites have FULL hook ups. The camp host is very accommodating and friendly. For the price and the convenience of being located right at Andersonville, it is definitely worth it.

Great overnight stop! Ms. Kay is super nice! She is the full time camp host. Love her stories. The campsite is nice and quiet. No cable or Wi-Fi but full hookups. Make sure to check out the little town! It is very interesting. If you like antiques you will find multiple shops around town. Price is great! $26 per night (over 55 is $23 per night)

Old, when I was there, there were fallen apples everywhere. Really messy. Attractive lot of bees. Has concrete pads that weren't level. On the good side. Great price 22.50 with senior discount. Very close to the Historic Site.
