This is one of the nicest Walmarts I’ve ever been too. Brand new shopping carts that are designed so that the kid seat doesn’t get stuck when you try to pull a cart out. Every worker in that place offers to help you; even the man grabbing shopping carts offered to load a heavy item into my car for me. The selections on some items are a bit limited (frozen food section for example) but it’s a great place to grab everything you need and super convenient given how small of a town it’s located in.

EVERY single time I try to take my son to the family bathroom, there's an employee taking a long break in there. My son is ASD and needs assistance in the bathroom so I have to use the family bathroom... he's no longer a small toddler. It's never a fellow customer in that bathroom! I come to Americus Walmart at least once a week and no matter what time of day, I can't get my son in the bathroom because an employee wants to hang in there with their phone. THEY HAVE A BREAK ROOM!!!! Management, fix this!

I had an even worse experience this past visit. I got to the checkout and one of my items didn't have price tag. The cashier told ME that I could ask the woman behind me if it would be ok to go get another one with a tag. I asked her if they no longer had someone that could go grab it and she said " I told you that you could go get another one if the lady behind you doesn't mind. I said " I mean a Walmart associate,you used to do that for customers, in which her reply was to roll her eyes and proceed to ring up the rest of my items with no response. I know that they are not paid top wages but common courtesy is free and that does not open the door to customer service reps being rude to customers. I will shop elsewhere. Update: CS just as bad..

The only positive is prices. Even though they are still higher than I like. Say doubled in last 2 years. Better than any other in our area. It's the self check out that drives me nuts. From getting the plastic bags to open up, to bring carded for beer! (I'm 73) LOL ?? Finding no scan code, Look up item. Just the hassle, our store my have 2 check outs run by employees.

I hate self checkout. Employees have not customer service. And when the associates are assisting the management is rude.

The customer service at this Wal-Mart...there isn't any. After waiting outside for my pickup order and 4 attempts to call inside the store, I went inside to customer service. That woman was rude stating that wasn't her area, go out by the garden area. I found an employee with "coach" on his name tag who showed me where to go. Was handed my large dog crate and I carried it out. No offer to carry the large, bulky item by the young man whose job it is to bring items out to the vehicles for pickup.

I love this Walmart. All the shelves are stocked and the store is so clean.
The only problem I had was with a case of water. I noticed it was leaking so I turned around in the parking lot and brought it back. Customer service acted like there was nothing wrong and seemed to hesitate to refund my money
