Snider Auto Care helped me out big time. I contacted them to ask for assistance with my daughter's vehicle that was not running. I was at a disadvantage because I live in Atlanta and was unable to be present throughout the repair. Snyder acted quickly and professionally to get my daughter's car repaired and back on the road. Now this Mama is at ease to know my daughter's car is taken care of. Thank you Snyder Auto Care!

Good customer service, they checked my vehicle first, found the problem then called to let me know what it was, how much it would cost for the part and labor to see if I want them to go head and do the repair. The service was quick but very efficient.

First time customer. Seem knowledgeable. Recommended by my usual mechanic.
Fixed what past mechanic had broken by the next day. They have a new customer! Would recommend to anyone, especially with a Dodge!

They broke the retaining ring on my oil filter and had to replace it. They did order a new part( a metal ring rather the original which was plastic) which was fine. My issue is that as I was being told they were going to replace it, they said that it " might" have been done before I got to them. I had driven it 3 hours at highway speed to their site in Americus Georgia and no oil pressure drop or leakage. Most of us aren't that stupid. Obviously, it occurred in their shop, I didn't appreciate the BS. The installer later admitted he broke it. Why try to Bull_ _ _ t me? I also said I thought I was entitled to a reduced price. Denied... with an offer to give me a break in my next oil change, no thanks! The manager also wasn't even apologetic, one of the other workers truly seemed sorry it happened.

Snider has always been good when it comes to my vehicles. They have hard working technicians that care about your car. As a college student living a 1 hour away I have found my home away from home when it comes to car repairs. They use high quality napa parts to make sure you get the best for your dollar.
