Blake, the manager at this location is awesome, both him and his employees know there stuff, they get you thru quickly and are reasonably priced. We have always taken our vehicles here.

Blake Bailey and his staff are the best in town! I have been going to Shell Rapid Lube for over 5 years and they have never disappointed. I am usually in and out within 10 minutes. I recently needed a special part that they did not have in stock nor did any of Americus so Blake drove to Albany after 6 pm to get it for me. He genuinely cared about my safety (b/c my oil was leaking) and would not let me drive without it getting fixed. He went above and beyond for me and I love that type of customer service! Thanks Blake!

I will never go to Walmart for oil changes again. Not only because the people at Walmart are known for forgetting important things like stripping oil plugs, leaving off oil caps, and the like, but because this Shell Rapid Lube does a lot more for the money, and they know what they're doing. They could easily earn an extra star with a step up in attentiveness to the customer. Will update the next time I go.
