“Loved our visit at the Windsor Hotel, such a neat eclectic old hotel. So many neat things to see and Floyd who runs the breakfast at Rosemary and Thyme is absolutely the best. He was so polite and personal and took his time answering our questions regarding the history of the building. Look forward to our next stay at The Windsor.”

“I would like to recognize the most wonderful person at the Hampton Inn, Americus GA, Johnny M. I apologize, he wrote his name down and I’ve misplaced the slip of paper. I think the last name was Merritt?
He was at check in when we arrived, and couldn’t have been friendlier or more hospitable. He welcomed us like we were old friends, and continued thru our stay each time we’d see him, to have that same smile and kind demeanor.
In a world that unfortunately, we don’t see a lot of true, customer service, Johnny exemplifies that and more!
We need more people like him!!
Please commend Johnny on a job well done, and let him know his Oxford Florida “ Sumter County” ( yes we’re from Sumter Co too?) friends will be back!

“The price was right, however, the place seemed deserted. I found out why. I got to the room and none of the lights worked. The sink drain was clogged and the refrigerator was leaking on the floor. I went to Wal-Mart and bought light bulbs, a mop and drain opener and got everything working. I had to mop the floor twice because there was so much grime on it. I wouldn't recommend this place.”
