I wished ?? that I could have given review a ZERO out of 5! The manager was very nasty and didn't try to solve my problem. She don't need to be a manager. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! The customer service was pretty good. Shelves and coolers were well stocked. Bathroom needed a lot of work. There was no toilet paper in the holder, the whole roll was on the ground. The paper towels were on the counter as well as the soap and hand sanitizer.

They cannot keep employees at this store due to poor manager , long lines and nasty store, there are so many problems and no one wants to listen to your complaints, this sompany is good to work for but no one wants to hear about their poor managers. This is the reasons so many companies loose money some employees have good ideas on how to resolve some of these problems but who do you talk to.

I come to Americus twice a year for over a month at a time for my job. Every morning I stop at flash foods for my smokes and energy drinks. The manager there is excellent! I went to her with an issue and she solved the problem. She's very friendly and accommodating. Managers like her make it enjoyable to come to work and to be a customer. Thank you, You're awesome!

Manager will not come out of office and help cashier when line has reached to coffee counter. This morning was awful at Flash Foods, long line of people needing to get to work and manager did not help until cashier asked for lotto assistance. ..... Other customers went to Waynes World for service because of this lack of customer service. ........line should never get to 9 or 10 deep
