We used them before we moved away had great service I would recommmend to anyone. Now 6 years later it has definitely changed. I guess now they dont fill the prescription until you get there whether it was called in hours before hand or not. Dr called in a prescription early morning and by that afternoon it still wasnt filled and had to wait an hour. I was late for work and everything waiting on my daughters medicine. I wont risk it anymore.

I pulled up to their window after they were already closed today. I didn't see anyone and went to google their number and that's when I found out they were closed. Totally my fault for not looking it up earlier, so i was about to pull off when a gentleman came to the window and offered to help me anyways. The medicine I was there to pick up is for treating PTSD related depression and I've been so busy at work I procrastinated until I was completely out. I haven't taken it in a couple days and really did need it badly so the gentleman that helped me out even though it was MY fault that I was late made a difference I don't believe he's aware of. It may have seemed like a simple thing to him but it was huge to me. I will never fill another prescription elsewhere. Thank you Doctor's Pharmacy for employing such amazing individuals.

Terrible customer service with an attitude. Prescription was called in over an hour before and I was still told I had to wait an extra 30 minutes because they didn't have it in which the Dr. said otherwise. What a nice way to show good SELECTIVE customer service?? NEVER AGAIN

These people are the best pharmacists and staff in the area. They stay busy for that reason. They treat you like family in an old school kind of way. And I haven't found a better price anywhere. Support your local businesses.

it has become the slowest to get medicine hope all the others not this slow. been at window for almost 30 min still no medicine even asked someone to check and she hasn't came back yet

The staff, at this pharmacy, are very friendly all the time. i am first priority when i walk through the door and greeted with respect. I just can't thank them enough how well their courtesy makes me feel.

They need better customer service and need to be respectful of people's time!! I dropped off an RX at 2pm today and asked that they fill it and I would be back in a few hours to get it. I get there at 5:40pm, wait in the drive-thru for 10 minutes with a customer in front of me. When I pull up to the window and give my name, I end up waiting another 10 minutes for my Rx. This is unacceptable customer service and I will not be back!!! The employee didn't even seem to care that she was loosing my business either!!!

Horrible customer service and extremely slow no matter when your prescription was sent in no matter if you call beforehand or anyting they will fix it when you get there
