Have been taking a car back and forth. The 2nd time we took it we were pretty sure it was the computer that was acting up but they didn't think so. We then took it to another mechanic that told us it was the Computer and that we should take it to who had replaced it so we could get it warranted. We went back the 3rd time. They still didn't believe that was the issue so they were going to do a diagnostic test. We didn't get a call te let us know the problem. We had called several times for them to finally tell us it was indeed the computer. It took a long time for the part to come in. They replaced it and said everything was fine with it and we keep having the same problem. We are getting charged for things and the car is still failing. My husband believes that we keep being charged but it's not getting fixed just to go back and get charged more for them to supposedly fix the problem. Very disappointed.

Was very disappointed with them. Very friendly staff, but mechanic was a joke. I came in an told them I had a misfire. An Asked for my plugs to be changed. I already had orileys run the code. Then charged me 110$ for a computer test that I didn't need and labor was 300 dollars just to replace spark plugs. I'll never Come here again. Sat there for 5 hours and literally only saw them work on the truck for an hour.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

So I went to them for a fully tuneup on a 2012 Nissan atl and was charged 546 with parts and labor that’s not the problem. The problem comes in when four months later my car engine light came on and it seems to stalled every now and than so I expected it had something to do with the tuneup that was did on it. I had someone to put it on the machine and that’s what it was, one of the cool-packs had went bad. So the part is under warranty. I was not about to pay labor again for something you put on my car and went bad instead they going to charge me 95 dollars for putting my car on the machine…. Something I already had done and told you the problem ????really. Won’t come back anymore. The reason I went back because it’s was they fault..

Love this shop. Very knowledgeable staff here oh, very professional the way they handle things. I bring my vehicle is here all the time. I have no complaints, because they generally do a really good job getting me in and get me out. I've been bringing the cars trucks vans and all here for more than 20 years. it Can be pricey here sometimes, but, Lance and his staff really know vehicles and if you want this kind of professionalism and skill and knowledge it's worth it knowing your vehicle is in good Dependable shape. I've been really satisfied with the service here. I bring it they fix it. Service has always been quick in and out. Most things the same day. I love that. Seems like as they have grown they made sure to add staff. Anyways good job great service, thanks guys.

Dec of 2020, I purchased a box truck from them. I had concerns that the temp gauge never moved. Dawn, the sales person assured me that it was normal because it is a big truck and it takes a long time to heat enough for the gauge to move.I drove the truck two hours away and during the drive the vehicle would not reach the speed limit of 70 mph. Nor did the temp gauge change and the heat never got warm so It was cold and windows was fogging up.Once I called them but they was closed. I sent a Facebook message to them and the sale rep called me and got me in contact with the owner Lance the next day.Lance, said he knew the heater core was disconnected and forgot to tell the Dawn. However, he offered to fix it. I drove it back the two hours to him. So, I arranged a ride to follow me back to them.A few days later they said the truck was ready after installing the heater core. I got there and asked if it was ready to go. They said yes and that they changed the temp gauge sensor. I asked them to show me what they did and upon them showing me I noticed a vaccum hose was not connected and told them. They said oh, don't worry about it. It's nothing.I said it's something because the manufacturer put it on the vehicle for a reason. So, they connected it.I got the truck and left. About a hour into the drive the temp gauge still didn't work. The vehicle started losing power so in the middle of nowhere in the country I pulled off the road. I contacted them and they came and got the truck. Lance said he had to figure out what happened to it.Lance, asked if it had over heated. I told him I don't know the gauge has not moved. The people who came and got the truck started the truck and drove it down the road up a slight hill to put it on a flatbed.I called Lance, to see how we was going to solve this. He told me I damaged the truck. He said the belt came off and I continued driving it until it over heated and damaged the engine. He said it will cost me over $1500.00 to get it fixed. They never put the belt back on from when they called themselves repairing the heater core which is connected to the water pump which runs off the same belt that was never put back on and this is the cause of the damage. However, they still have the truck and gave me a partial refund. I paid $4374.40 for it. They gave me $3400.00 back and keep $974.40 which I am still trying to get. The $974.40 was on a credit card. So I been trying to recover it through American Express. However, Lance has been diligently fighting it to keep me from getting my money back. They still owe me the $974.40. American Express will not work in my favor. This place damaged the vehicle with poor workmanship and sold me a vehicle with a problem in the beginning. To me this is a bad business practice. I would not recommend dealing with them.Service: A/c installation & repair
