Brownlee's Grocery & Market has been a family staple since my childhood. It was such a pleasure to see the Brownlee family again! Their customer service was to notch and they even helped us pack up our coolers to travel back to Atlanta. I will happily make drive to load up on my meats monthly.

Great for locals and travelers alike. Coldest drinks in town. Kim has been a friend for years. She always ask about my family. Fresh cut meat -butcher shop. Ambiance is like a country store with paper wrapping for meat. Outdoor table with produce-tomatoes, cantaloupe, sweet potatoes, watermelon. A definite yes!!

I'm a customer for life after only my first visit.My first impression walking in was the amazing smells that literally assaulted my stomach through my nose! My stomach is grumbling now just thinking about it.My second impression? I've been to many meat markets and butchers but never one so clean.The prices are better than Harvey's or any other big box stupermarket, but what's more important is the quality of the food; and you can't put a price on that.Mr. Brownlee delivers first class customer service, and the staff are equally awesome.Now to the, pardon the pun, meat and potatoes of this review. They grind the ground beef fresh to order. Their in house breakfast sausage is the best I've ever had!I think this is worth saying again; I am a customer for life.

My boyfriend grew up using Curtis Syrup at his grandparent’s house and wanted to find some. Unfortunately, we live in FL and no one carries it locally. I also couldn’t find anywhere to order it online. I happened to do what seemed like a million Google searches in hopes I would find a way to get some when I came across a link for a Facebook post by Brownlee’s Grocery & Market from well over a year ago saying they now carried Curtis Syrup. Out of desperation, and not wanting to drive nearly 400 miles for syrup, I took a chance and sent a message. I’m so glad I did! Kim was fantastic and was more than willing to ship a couple bottles to me. She made the process very easy and took such great care in wrapping the bottles to ensure they would make it safely. My boyfriend now has his beloved syrup, and quite a bit of it at that, to enjoy and reminisce on hid childhood memories with his grandparents. if we ever make it up that way, we will 1000% stop at Browlnee's and support their business. Thank you again Brownlee's!!
