My wife and I were in need of a smaller car I contacted Brent without knowing about their business, I was pre-approved before I even got out of my house, I had little down payment and he made it work, just as he promises on his Facebook feed, needlessly to say we drove back home in our new car, if you ask me, I recommend US AUTO ONLINE blind folded, 5-star service and attention. Thank you Brent!

Don’t sign any contract with these people. I have been through 3 vehicles all somehow have a price tag of $21,000 even though they all have major issues. Also had to use a couple loaner cars that had issues. The rental cars they use are absolutely terrifying and you’ll feel your life is in danger. You send a car to be fixed and they give it back and NOTHING fixed. Nobody cares about you or your toddler’s safety here no matter what they say in person. This place is what nightmares are made of and i beg you to stay away. Let them go out of business. But if you like driving around every day not knowing if you’ll make it to your destination.. go for it. But please dont.

I had a good experience with my first vehicle I bought there an 05 Ranger. With gas going up and my commute costing too much, I returned to find something better on gas. That’s where the problems started. Also, be prepared to spend hours there (which contributed to the problem). I found a car I really liked, had the down payment agreed on , had a payment and even had all my stuff in the car. I was then told the payment was wrong. No negotiation, take it or leave it. Having spent the entire afternoon there and now heading into the evening (and instead of loading my truck back up and leaving), I try out another car. It seemed like it was ok, I was just wanting to get done and go home. Finally get all the process done and go home. I know the following is probably on me for not checking it enough, but in the coming days I find a multitude of problems. First off, there was no air filter, the oil was a little over a 1/2 quart low, the heater core is bad, power steering pump is bad, brakes need some new rotors, junkyard radio shows Bluetooth phone, but doesn’t work, transmission has occasional weird shifts, grill is loose and several other small issues. At this point I’d gladly just give the thing back to them and they can keep the over $1000 they’ve gotten so far off it plus all the money they’ve gotten twice off the truck I had. Please thoroughly check out the cars if you deal with them. US Online Auto, please take this heap back!

Where do I start. Oh sure they can get you financed with Ready Finance. I’ll review them later. We got the vehicle on December 28, 2020. Upheld our end of the deal. Procured full coverage insurance with the required deductible. Etc, etc. Flash forward to right before Valentine’s Day. Temp tag expires on 2/13/21. No biggie right? Just go get the tag. Negative ghost rider. Pattern is full! Tag office tells us the title work hasn’t been submitted yet. Cool so we get ANOTHER temp tag from the tag office. We called several times between 2/13/21 and 3/15/21. Still couldn’t get the tag. Husband went by the dealership again on 3/15/21. So can someone please explain to me why it took several phone calls and in person attempts to get the tag? And when he went by on 3/15/21, he was told it was due to our card number that our automatic payment comes off of having changed. So. You’re telling me that it’s our fault yet y’all got all those payments on time because we called and updated our payment information every single time? ? First of all, they couldn’t even pull the automatic payment the first time because someone at the finance company or the car lot didn’t update their system. I don’t know nor care which one dropped the ball at this point. I had to call repeatedly only to be told someone would call me back. And they never did until I contacted the car lot. Second of all, this is not “auction pricing.” I worked at a used car lot before. I know what auction prices look like, and baby these ain’t. Third of all, they DID NOT PROVIDE a copy of the sales contract at the time of purchase. My husband had to straight out ask for it when he went in about the tag on 3/15/21. If you need a car, go somewhere else. Save yourself the time and trouble.

Bought a Dodge Dart and it wouldn't go into 2nd. They claimed they fixed it and never did. So they let me get another vehicle. Then the timing chain went bad in it . Got it fixed. Now the motor blew up and every thing tuned up and oil changed! Only had it 7 months and drove maybe a total of 2 months! The worst company!

Nicest people in the world, but they go get the worst cars possible from auctions.. they don’t do any repairs before selling.. they let you buy and then you end up having to use your warranty to get it fixed. Don’t buy here.. you will run into problem after problem. And the finance company ??? is a joke just DONT DO IT

I bought a car from the Toccoa location and Taylor was very friendly at first, but seemed to become pushy when I was hesitant about buying a car from them. A month after buying the car I tried to use my warrenty on it and they refused to contact me about it after calling them four different times. I ended up taking the car to be fixed out of my own pocket because I was tired of getting the run around by sketchy people. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I bought my car from this company, they are extremely easy to deal with. They do not rush you through the process and explain everything very well. The sales team was so friendly and kind. I absolutely love my car. Great place to get a car even if you have bad credit! 10/10 recommend :)
