Old owners were amazing back before 2022 and we spoke very highly of this daycare. Ownership changed since then and this place isn’t what it used to be. They can’t keep staff and is constantly closing classrooms for the day (or days) when staff is out and they don’t credit you for the following week. Why should families still pay for hourly staff that aren’t present? And why keep charging full price for unreliable childcare?
The new owners stopped doing a free week of vacation and no longer offer part time rates. All of these 5 star reviews were bribed for a drawing to win a free week of childcare. I would recommend to choose elsewhere, especially if you want a Christian curriculum.

I send my 3 almost 4 year old here and I’m so thankful for each of the ladies there. My daughter is type 1 diabetic so I was very skeptical about sending her anywhere, but they have done such a great job with my baby girl. This place has been a blessing.

I am very thankful to have found this academy. The staff have been very accommodating to any question or concern. Whenever I visit The Academy it is always clean and well organized. My child is very happy to be around other children and involved in daily activities here. This has been one of the best daycares I have come by.

So thankful we found Providence! I feel good dropping my baby off there knowing how much he loves it. I can’t say enough good things about Ms. LeAnne and Ms. Ashley in the infant room! He loves them so much, and I can tell how much they love and care for him. They always communicate with me how his day is going via the ProCare App and make me feel at ease. We are so lucky to have them!

My nephew goes to providence and has for a year now. His mom took him out of his last daycare due to the behaviors of his teachers. She was so scared to start the hunt for another daycare but the director was so kind and put her at ease. My nephew comes home every single day and talks about his teachers, and all of his friends. He was so shy before and they really brought him out of his shell. He brings home the cutest art work and loves to play games at home that they play at school. He loves to sing the songs that they learn as well. He will be attending their private prek next year and we will be so so sad when his time at providence is done.

I want y’all to know that I am so glad I found Providence Academy. The staff is hands down top notch. I know I looked for months for a place and they really matched the important things to me for my little girl. One of the things I noticed from the beginning is that they really keep the facility clean and sanitized. I’m picky so I can say it’s up to my expectations and mine are probably high but I’m ok with that. All my daughter talks about is her teacher Ms. Dani! What a gem she is, y’all better hold onto that one. My daughter talks about her all evening! But I’d rather that be the case than her not wanting to go like the last place she was attending. A nightmare for sure. Now I’m so blessed because I feel good leaving my little angel there. Thank y’all for loving and putting up with me and my minimum of 50 phone calls a day in the beginning. I know I was a bit much but y’all catered to me and it really meant the world. I just wanted to say that yall have been great and I appreciate y’all more than you know! It’s a relief to not worry about her when I’m at work. I can’t put it into words what that does for a parent. She’s all I have.

I had heard many good things about this center, kept checking for a opening. I went for a tour and was very pleased. Not to mention that Dezarae Griggs would be looking after my child. Most of the time if I had a concern they would address it.I had multiple encounters of when I would take my daughter into the front, no one was there and the door to classrooms would be open( for children to get out or someone to get in) the person on duty would be in kitchen on phone or being unattentive to the children watching TV.My daughter would attend the daycare Monday,Wednesday, Friday a full day(630 to 530 avg)Tuesday she had doctors appointments and Thursday be picked up about 1pm.So, there came a point where we were being called to pick her up at least 1 time a week. The center closed up early on Friday, Monday my daughter had a doctor's appointment last minute so I called center to make sure they were going to be open and that my daughter would be there about 10....I was told I couldn't drop her off because they didn't have enough staff to cover( Monday is her regular day). Next I get a call that my child has to be picked up because she has hand foot mouth. Once again, go pick her up and go to dr she was negative. Friday at 315am get a message through the procare portal that the center will be closed due to staffing because of virus( most parents didn't receive notice until they get up for work) at last minute phone calls should have went out. Saturday I message through procare system to make sure they were going to be opening Monday the response was yes.Monday morning drop my daughter off about 7am get another message about 8am stating they were closing at Noon due to staffing issues. So due to unreliable childcare I am currently unemployed. This center just really made me feel like the had not interest in keeping my child.I wish them nothing but the best.
