We switched to cornerstone during a difficult time in our pet parent lives and they helped us thru, i won’t ever go to another vet they treat my best friend like their own and we miss our boy dearly, he’s not suffering and after a long mourning time we have decided to start the journey over again, now we have River, and she’s already getting the best care in Habersham!!! Thank you Dr Allison, and everyone who has been there for us! Highly recommended!

I can not say how much these ladies helped me out today! My bullmastiff was pregnant and I was worried she was having complications so I called.. they had me bring her in straight away… they are compassionate and a loving group of professionals that will love your animals as their own! I use to think this was an awesome place BUT the techs leave a lot to be desired. My son and I brought in our 20 year old cat who was getting ready to cross over the bridge. The vet put him to sleep peacefully. The tech had put a rolled up blanket under his head and after his heart was checked by the vet the tech pulled the blanket back out from under his head and his dopped onto the table. SHE showed no care for a beloved family member who had just died or any care for the grieving young man standing before her. COMPASSION should be part of the job application.

Took my moms Pomchi in for "Quality of life assesment", ended up putting him down was the best choice. Dr. Kristen and Mackenzie (I think that was the name) were very compassionate, they sat w/ me and let me have as much time as I needed to tell him goodbye (I was a blubbering mess). I highly recommend Cornerstone for your veterinarian needs. Very attentive, compassionate and competent staff and Doctors.

We have been clients for about 7 years. We have always received the best service and the best care for our pets. This latest visit was no exception, but was one of our toughest. We had a Doberman that was in the advanced stages of heart failure and the rapid onset caught us off guard. We tried so hard to prolong his life while maintaining his comfort. This was my son's best friend and "soul dog" and we wanted to give both of them one last time to see each other and allow my son to say his "goodbyes". It just wasn't in the cards. My son couldn't make it back in time. (He works for an airline out of state).
We brought Bentley back in as he was losing weight at an alarming rate, he seemed uncomfortable, and lost interest in the things he was most obsessed with. I wanted to make sure that we were making the right decision. There was such a respectful and compassionate response to not only my concerns but the welfare of Bentley along with reassurance that we were absolutely making the right decision.
We were graciously granted permission to conduct the euthanasia via video chat so that my son could be with his dog in the end. Bentley got to hear his master and best friend's voice as he peacefully drifted off to eternal sleep.
My son wanted Bentley cremated, so we made the arrangements for that service. I received the call today to pick up his remains. What an incredibly bitter sweet moment. They treated him with such respect even in death.
I received Bentley in a beautiful wooden box with the sweetest card and his foot print. I am filled with gratitude and am impressed by the amount of compassion shown. The community is fortunate to have Cornerstone Animal Hospital. The staff will never know how grateful we are for their kindness and their top notch service. We sincerely thank you!
