I've had the contents of my entire home in a climate controlled unit (A bldg.) since Dec. '21. Today I was able to move into my home. It was a great feeling to see that there was no water damage to anything. I also saw no sign of rodents taking up residence in my unit. The staff was always helpful. Access to & from was easy. No one ever tampered with my unit. The experience was great. I'll be thankful for the extra money next month, but I'm also thankful that my belongings are undamaged! Thank you!

I have had a 10x20 unit and downsized to 10x5 unit. I can only tell you the the staff at Byrd's is beyond belief!!! (IN A GREAT WAY) They have been helpful and kind through out my dealing with them and I know they will continue to be. Love my gal LaFaye!!

DO NOT BOTHER. WE HAD STUFF HERE FOR BARLEY 3 MONTHS AND EVERYTHING IS COVERED IN MOLD!!I have had several storage units, never climate controlled, stored for YEARS not months and NEVER had issues anywhere. Extremely disappointed. Such a waste of money and now I’m having to replace my furniture because with three young kids I refuse to move mold infested furniture into our new home.Oh and don’t even get me started on the cockroach infestation. Save your money and go elsewhere!! The hassle we are having to endure because we chose to store our stuff here, wasted $875 for three months and now have to extend our truck rental just to get things disinfected in the midst of our move.

This is a good place to store your stuff they try to work with you to get you in the right storeage unit that accommodate your needs and the service is awesome the people at this facility are awesome people and very nice

The storage buildings are in a fenced-in area which is open during business hours and after hours you still have access with a code to their gate which is a sign individually to you when you rent your unit. The lady in the office was very nice their prices were lower than the other 6 places I checked locally.
