These people are thieves. My husband and I rented a u haul truck from them to move. Even though we put the gas hand back exactly where it was when we rented the truck, they charged us on our card for gas and said we didn’t refill the truck. It’s a total SCAM! When we pulled up to return the truck in the middle of a business day the gate was closed. So I called the number provided to and they said for us to park the truck and they would take of checking the truck back in the next day. They never notified us that they were going to charge for the gas. Seriously, why would we pay $5 per gallon? I would NEVER recommend this company. I will be contacting the better business bureau and federal trade commission. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU!!!!!! THEY’RE THIEVES!!!
