We got our carpet and flooring from Carpet one! Shane (sales)was extremely friendly and helpful! Mary was helpful with showing us selections and friendly as well! Howard (carpet installer)is such a hard worker and our carpet was installed with expertise! Thanks to all of you!

The customer service was amazing. All of the staff were patient with us and answered any questions that we had. They had a large selection and worked with our schedule well. If I have any flooring needs I will return here. I have no complaints!

I’m blown away at the experience I had at carpet one. The customer service was top tier. They removed all the carpet in our home and replaced the flooring in three days. They even accommodated us having cats in the house. Overall, worth every penny and will be recommending them.
