We didn’t even complete the application process. We were given the run around with the documentation that was needed only to find later that our choice of employment wasn’t accepted. The left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. On top of that we were told that we couldn’t get our deposit back because WE took longer than 72 hours to verify. If you’re an entrepreneur don’t move here. You will spend a ton of time leaving messages, emailing and scanning your personal info just to be informed you don’t qualify. Keep your money and go elsewhere. They will avoid you in order to keep your deposit and not return your calls or emails.

I moved in 11 month ago and I am very disappointed with the service provided. In no way they let you feel that they value the business at all. Besides this, trash handling is a mess and besides daily emails from the management nothing is changing.

We lived here for about a year and moved out recently. We loved the place, maintenance requests are completed the same or next day, friendly neighbours, easy access to the big creek greenway trail, working car wash/vacuum, play area/tennis court.

IMP : The rating they have is paid rating, The used to give Starbucks gift cards for good review.
1) Price is more.
2) over charging on utilities.
3) Not allowed to take renters outside, they force to go with their renters for $17 and they won't cover any of residents goods.
4) Exit charges are more , one small blind which slightly bended as shown in pic. for that they charged $120.
No plus points to stay in this apartment.

This is a real review. Please don’t go by other 5 star reviews as they are paid. They bribe you to write positive reviews to give coupons.
Horrible place to live. This place has lots of cockroaches. The pestcontrol does not work.
Plus our house had a water leakage, due to a fault they had in water meter. It was leaking and the whole of the entrance carpet and the closet in the bedroom was drenched in water for more than two days. Sunday the office was closed so we couldn’t complain and we were patient. When complained in the morning, they fixed the leakage but I called them 8 times to replace the damaged carpet. They had put on a dryer for about 3 days but didn’t replace it. It was extremely inconvenient for having the big dryer running for three whole days. It’s not my problem, they should have replaced the damaged carpet. The facility was very rude.
Apartments are really old and nasty and facility office guys are rude. I will not recommend living here!

I'm moving out hence wanted to share a detailed description (Note: my views are personal although some are shared by neighbors/others and hoping this post would help the management team get better in their Job):1. Reviews are paid hence do not go by the "I'm very Happy" reviews out here- they give you coupons to share reviews hence the reviews listed may not reflect the reality.2. Aged and Used- Apartments are very old hence age has killed most of it, not many are renovated and even if they are its a external makeshift arrangement but you don't know what's going to fall apart when.3. Maintenance requests may be addressed quickly, however when one is paying higher rent as compared to the apartments nearby you don't expect to be raising maintenance requests repeatedly- we all have better things to do in our lives & you need better value for your money!4. Property Manager (Vicki) will act like she's your Manager and will also make you feel like she's offered you a house free of cost like- "you're homeless & we've offered you free shelter". So don't walk into the front office asking for help/fixes or others expecting them to graciously make you feel your stay here is great. Not a customer/people friendly front office management team!!5. Maintenance team is well responsive however they're barely interested to fix the issue in your apartment. If you raise a Maintenance request they'll come over to your apartment and spend sometime and then state- "You know that this property is very old, so this is how the pipes, doors, floor, electric outlet work" or " This is all i can do" or " Raise another ticket for tomorrow" or "Go talk to my Manager".6. Service Quality- Looks like nobody is monitoring the quality of service that the maintenance team executes. They act like they don't care and feel no remorse in closing open maintenance requests to closed status while shamelessly asking you to raise another one for tomorrow. Wish they were paid per job/ticket having accountability for each request they own and reopening a closed ticket should be monitored as a performance metric. Hope Ram Partners get some level headedness into how such loose ends can be better monitored. (Or probably there's so much money flowing in through lease hence they don't care to sharpen/monitor their performance and don't care to understand what these residents are going through)7. Too many non-American people based here and probably they are culturally more tolerant due to which you will not hear them raising concerns while being super tolerant of the management because these residents need the school district and the folks managing windward place are exploiting this.8. Creek Trail- I've seen people listing this as a major focus item. Lets get some common sense into this- there are other apartments close by which have access to this trail and even otherwise taking a walk or driving a car to one of these access areas can help your trail urge. Don't throw your money saying there's access to the trail.9. Creek Trail- During nights you'll hear wild animals to wild crazy people using the trail & the fencing is a midget 4 feet fence- This doesn't mean it isn't safe however just letting you know.10. Swimming Pool is pretty small and its closed almost 7 months in a year- It isn't a temperature controlled pool, while the Gym is barely around 800 square feet for a community with more than 200 people.11. The management doesn't care to involve the residents into anything that can be interesting/encouraging- No parties, events, leave alone a feedback space that can be public or anonymous.I hope this feedback is taken positively so that these concerns are addressed- I'm sure you'll can get better!!
