I had a tree fall on my house and submitted a claim. Allstate initially rejected the claim so I called the office, spoke to Charlie and he contacted the claims adjuster directly and got my claim paid.

Auto Insurance is extremely expensive and I will cancel Allstate before my next payment. The new insurance will save me $80 per month.

Incredibly rude agent, called today on 12/28 to ask about my auto claim. The male agent did not even listen to what I was asking and rudely yelled at me. I am now canceling both of my policies with Allstate for home and auto. Why would I pay this company a dime to rudely yell at me when I have a policy question? Isn’t that their job? To answer question about policies and claims? Good luck keeping customers with that attitude, will gladly take my business some where else.

I have been with Allstate for 24 years and the first time I call about a claim on my house they can't even return my call. I don't have an issue with the insurance coverage but how I was treated by the staff. Worst customer service ever.

For 10 years I have been with a competitor, William and Steven were able to give me better coverage for less. Extremely responsive, and able to break down my bundle policy to me. Not only did I receive a better rate but the team was able to educate me on insurance as a whole. If you haven’t compared your insurance rates recently I definitely recommend reaching out to them for a quote. I was comfortable with my prior carrier and missed out on savings.
