The front desk manager (forgot his name, but his photo is on the wall) helped me understand all about tires and when I needed to change. He said alignment was not required now, instead of pushing me to spend extra.

They changed a totally new undercarriage plate above the left-front wheel, and even repainted the sratched car body. Also, they helped me fix the "keyless system malfunction" warning issue showing on the board as after-sales service, which saved me hundres of dollors. Cannot appreciate more.
