I LOVE this little Publix! It's super clean with happy, smiling employees who go out of their way to help you find things. I just moved to Milton from Roswell where the Publix was older and not very nice. The people who gave this a bad review must be smoking crack or something. Publix Milton is adorable, too! It looks like a barn with a silo out front. HIGHLY recommend!

I really like this Publix. It is known as "baby Publix" in this area, and while it is small, it is mighty. The staff has always been friendly especially the pharmacy. The pharmacy team is always looking out for their customers, searching for best price before even being asked about it. This is so refreshing coming from competitor pharmacies that are monster chains and behave like it. This Publix actually had some staff spend the night at the store when there was the threat of snow so that they could be sure to open for their customers the next morning and meet the community needs. The facility, itself, is super cute and blends well into the Milton landscape. I probably pop in there a couple times a week to pick up last minute things, and they are always helpful. The bakery team is friendly, and there's always a free cooking waiting for my child. Publix is a big name, but this store offers small town atmosphere as well as service--something that has become rare nowadays.

HelIo, I am a Coca Cola Delivery Driver. I am emailing to complain about the women who is the receiver at this particular store. I don't know her name but she is usually the only one that receives in products for this store. 1st off, I am a vender and I have only been to this store like 2 or 3 times. But please let me explain my experience. When I 1st came to the store the 1st thing I always say is good morning, she clearly heard me speak to her and she looked dead at me, but didn't acknowledge my greeting. She seems to purposely ignore me even though there was NO other vender there that she was busy with. Her attitude is the most rudest that I have ever experienced. The next thing that she does after she ignores me after I unload all of the products is fail to communicate. I guess she assumes that I can read her mind. I ask her what does she want me to do? Her response is can you help? Every publix receives a different way. I was once a publix employee and I know from all the meetings that I have attended that Publix is supposed the have the best customer service of all grocery store chains. Well this lady makes Publix look like they are lacking those customer service skills. She is very immature and she acted like a complete drama queen (slamming coke products on the floor, exaggerating like she was deathly tired from picking up a 16oz bottle of poweraid) while checking me in today. She calls her manager and complains that Im not helping but she never specifically told me what she wanted me to do. She never said or proclaimed " excuse me, can you please help me with the quantity of each product. I sat at this store for me than 30 minutes waiting for her, she knew I was waiting on her and she did not have any other venders there to keep her busy, but what she was doing was talking a women, but all of the sudden she was in a rush when another pulled up. I did advise my supervisor of the incident and he did reach out. Please retrain this lady on how to be courtesy to her venders. We have a very dangerous job on these road everyday dealing with (traffic, weather, etc.), the last we need to deal with is ignorance from the receivers. Thank you!

Love this little store. Everyone is so friendly and the produce, meats and bakery items are always fresh. When Covid hit in March the employees busted their butts to accommodate everyone. They did a fantastic job at keeping the store clean and well stocked.

I watched this store get built. When they opened it was small but nice. However, in the past few years I find myself wondering why I keep coming back. If it weren't the only grocery store for over five miles I probably wouldn't. They constantly change inventory whether it sold or not, they tell you they will special order things but never do, they lie straight to your face when a you ask about said special orders. I could go on and on. If not for the pharmacy techs (not the main lady who is rude and unapproachable, Jen and Nichole) and a few sweet baggers I really would've quit coming here before now. But as it seems today broke the camels back. I will drive the extra miles because I'm tired of coming to store that only carries half of my weekly shopping. Had better hopes for this place.

Publix stores in general tend to be high quality, but I especially appreciate the laid-back atmosphere of this one. It's a bit hard to find because there's not much signage. Look for the big water tower out front!

Unless you have the kindness of the Tom Thumb staff at central and Meadows in Dallas, avoid!! They are nasty and intrusive and expensive. Venmo, paypal, bank apps I hope will make them a thing of the past.

Most adorable, farm country, friendly Publix there is! Perfect size to serve our neighboring area.

This is by far the worst Publix in north Georgia. Constantly out of stock on products and just very poor management. Even though the store is never crowded there never seems to be enough registers open and people in line to pay. The worst thing about this store is their employees and managers don't appear to care about their customers. Too many on the stocks and product that's past its shelflife. My opinion stairway go to another supermarket.
