The urgent care staff was amazing! I appreciated being taken care of quickly, and Dr. Jethwa was great! He took the time to talk with me and answer any questions that I had before I left. Overall, great experience.

Very kind and empathetic staff. As someone not great in hospital settings, I felt comfortable and they had a lot of patience for me which I know can be really hard to do for someone who deals with people in pain all day. They even called the next day to check up on me which I thought was kind.

Recently, I visited Wellstar Urgent Care and had an exceptional experience. I made an appointment on line, arrived on time, waited less than five minutes, and was given immediate care. The nurse who took my vitals was professional, personable, and caring. After seeing the doctor, she was careful to go over discharge papers and was available to answer any questions. Dr. Jethwa was equally professional, personable, and caring. I will definitely recommend this location of Wellstar.

Loved the dr and nurses. Stay on the front desk! But well worth for the care you get!!! Wait Time longer than indicated. Will never go anyplace else!!

Well star did a great job taking care of me today. I came in for a flu test. I was greeted at the front desk by the sweetest lady in the world. Unfortunately I came in at a busy time, but was notified of the delay and decided to wait it out. My doctor was great, and got me some meds prescribed. I am already feeling better!

Took my 16 year old daughter (who has been sick and out of school for days) to the urgent care and saw Dr. Jethwa. He was amazing! My daughter was feeling better by the weekend! I will definitely be back if I need urgent care services for me and/or my family!

Everyone at Wellstar Urgent Care ( Avalon) was extremely professional, very knowledgeable , very friendly and took my issue very seriously! It was a pleasure to be a patient using their services. I’m a Wellstar OB Nurse myself and so I notice all the little things and let me just say Wellstar Urgent Care is Awesome !They truly know how to get the job done! Thank you for taking care of me when I needed to be a patient and not a Nurse!!! I’m extremely grateful!
