So you can only get change from twell Fargo if you have an I.D. AND Bank with them it's a stupid new rule. Closing my account at least st Delta. If you forget your stuff, you can put in your info, and it shows you. Terrible customer service also. Went to Target to get some 5's and 10's no I.d. needed closing my account tomorrow

Terrible customer service. This branch denied to help because it was close to closing time. I came 15 min before closing. I was told to wait. I waited for about 7-10 min. By the time they could help, they told me to make an appointment at another day. I bank with Truist but was NEVER denied a service.

Not sure about rest of the staff but banker named Reena Patel called to reschedule my appointment. She wanted to set as per her timing and not mine. I politely thanked her and her answer was ahha... No words of gratitude. Extremely rude she is. I don't understand why such arrogant people get hired. Because of such people the Bank's name is going down.

I bought my teenagers in to set up a new account. Wow! Banker Washburn was as sweet as apple pie. She took us in with no appt and we talked and laughed while she set up both accounts. She remained professional while being the kindest person I think I've ever met. Truly a lovely lady and great experience.

Everytime I come to this branch it’s the same lady with the nasty attitude. It is always a displeasure with this women .She really had a attitude because the deposit wasn’t exact and she had to give change! Is this not a bank?

We came here with a list of questions and updates needed to be made on our accounts. Banker Reene patiently answered each and all of them in a professional manner. The fact that our oppointment was tight to the bank's closing time didn't prevent her from going through details of the bank's services in depth and width. She sent us off with some lollies pops for our kids that cheer up their drive back home after a long wait for parents at the bank. Keep up the good work Reene and all the best for the coming baby!

They are super helpful and kind at this location. The only frustrating thing is that it seems every time I come to deposit, their ATMs are not accepting deposits which means I have to go inside. This can sometimes be inconvenient but the staff is always willing to help and they work fast.

The clerk is very unprofessional, I asked a simple thing to cash a check and deposit the cash so that I can have all the funds available immediately, instead she deposited it directly placing a hold on the funds! How many high schools does it take you to know how to cash a check and not be so stupid when a customer asks you? Considering switching to a better bank!
