I saw recent comments and I anticipated a less than satisfactory experience, yet I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally good and swift response.

Do not give proper information . Asked for a service and denied existence of it . Later when confronted said that they had service but not available right now.

UPDATE: Klarissa, I have filed a formal complaint with your corporate office. They will be reaching out to you to conduct an investigation.Wells Fargo single handily fails at everything they do. They attempt to disguise the closing of 50% percent of their US branches due to a shift in consumer online banking. The reality is, they need to escape their fraud reputation. This particular branch is appalling. The staff are rude, don’t want to be there and are nasty to their customers. I hate going into the branch unless it’s absolutely necessary. Sure enough, I had to deposit a cashier’s check and the expected treatment occurred. Not only did they refuse to deposit the check into my checking account, they made me wait a half hour while they “verify the funds”. Um, it’s a cashier’s check, why can you not verify electronically? Then after waiting, and waiting, they seriously, no joke, told me to come back tomorrow. Seriously? Needless to say, I’m closing all my accounts and moving on. Wells Fargo will cease to exist within a year, maybe two. Good riddance.

Come on Wells Fargo.....Only 1 teller working the lobby on a Friday afternoon. Took over 45 minutes to make a deposit and only 4 people in front of me. I did see 2 Wells Fargo employees sitting at their computers. Why not train these employees to help the customers in line to see a teller.

What's going on with Wells Fargo? Long wait times and only one person to service. The drive thru representative and the person sitting behind the desk didn't offer to help and they didn't seem busy. Several people were waiting in line.To add insult to injury, the Windward branch was foolishly closed (busy branch with great service) which makes no sense and further inconvenience people to visit this branch. Make it make sense!

They are always short staffed, unable to prioritize servicing people who need lesser service time, plus the amount of time they take to explain why they can't help you due to shortage of time & staff, is good enough to service 2 people within that time. Pathetic service, please have more staff on Saturdays & train the staff to get the work done faster!

I am in the area for business, and I visited this location, this morning, for the first time. The gentleman, teller, who assisted me was one of the MOST kind, patient, thorough, and PROFESSIONAL, individuals I have encountered in a long while. I regret that I failed to obtain his name. However, my hope is that the Branch Manager will see this review and commend him for being such a valuable employee.VF (Las Vegas, NV)

They wouldn’t let me withdraw money out of a work account that I have. Made me go to another location very inconvenient.

I would like to preface and say that I do not have a personal account with Wells Fargo, but my company does their banking with them. So because of that, I get the pleasure of coming in here roughly once a week. When I walk into work (I am the closer), my boss asks me do you want to go to the bank? Sometimes, I feel like it is punishment. But on the flip side, it gets me out of the building. So, with my tail tucked between my legs, I grab the deposits, the change orders, and off I go. With the way banking has seemingly evolved (less places with actual tellers), the places with the people do get more crowded. And let me tell you, it seems like each visit is unique, and drives me closer to drinking each time. On a good day, I can be in and out in about 7 minutes. That has happened to me once (so I guess consider that a great day). On some days, I have to sit down and wait- which at least I am sitting down and not staring at the ceiling or my phone awkwardly (there isn't much to stare at in a bank). My favorite, is when an unnamed gentleman will not keep his trap shut (I think he needs to get that metal mouth trap from beetlejuice for his bday). While his intentions are friendly, his actions are so annoying, literally has something to say to everyone about everything. "Want a lollipop? That'll be an extra $20"... How about 20$ to keep it shut! Or another instance when a meth head came in and started rambling about (whatever meth heads ramble out about), and you could tell the employee she was talking to was startled, and said male kept saying out loud- "you look uncomfortable, are you ok?" But keep going along those lines, for the whole bank to hear. Idk, to me, that would be someone difficult to work with. Anywho, my tip, find out his lunch schedule to avoid it. On another instance, I came in strictly to get change. Should be an easy in an out. It was the most painful experience ever. It was a comedy of errors, for sure. And after I left (thankfully I was still in the immediate area), I got a phone call from work- the bank called and said they gave me too much change back. I wish I was kidding. Now, if that was Bank of America I would have laughed and kept the money without thinking twice (those greedy pricks). But instead, I laughed, grunted, then went back to return the overage. So yes, it appears that more often than not, this place is far from dull, but honestly, I don't want to come here for entertainment, I just want to come here for business...
