Very Bad service. Their car mat washing is bad , leaves dirt on and also doesn’t dry out the mat after wash. They literally stopped the machines while we were in the middle of car wash because it was 8pm. I understand the closing time is that but then they shouldn’t let the customers in in the first place after 7.45pm if they are so strict about closing time. Or they shouldn’t take anyone beyond 8pm, but if the customer is already in they should atleast let them finish.
We literally had to leave the place with car mats all dirty and wet, half car vacuumed. This is poor service.

I’m not one to usually post reviews. I have been going to this carwash for years and never had an issue. I’m not sure if there’s new ownership but there are no longer brushes in the wash, my car was NOT cleaned at all- not even any soap really! But the WORST part is when going through the wash it smelled like absolute sewage water. I was so mad I left!
When I got home my car sat in the sun for about 30 minutes and when I got back in my car smelled absolutely horrible!! Now I am going to get my car detailed in hopes they can get the sewage smell to go away! DO NOT use this carwash unless they fix all of the issues!
I attempted to call to speak to a manager and you can even leave a VM. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Always a good experience, the attendant told me about a discount I could get for the monthly plan which i definitely accepted that offer. I’ve been able to wash whenever & use the vacuum & cleaners. I used a different car wash before I moved & this one has shined above the others in the area

Customer service is really bad, it keeps getting worse and worse each time. They deny service even if you are there before closing time, they are closed for repairs half the days, I feel like it is just a waste of money to get their unlimited washes. After so many years, they finally switched from paper to reusable napkins. I renewed my membership at the post on Apr 27th and the machine was out of paper, it could not give me a receipt. The black guy at the reception was the most unprofessional guy I've interacted with. On asking him for receipt, he arrogantly responds that I have to come back sometime later, no apologies or explanation. Do they think I have no other work than ride here to get my receipt? These idiots don't know what an email is? Definitely not renewing my membership.

Attendants don’t spray or scrub the back of your car before hand. When you come out of the wash your car will still be dirty. Blowers barely dry the car. Vacuums work about 30% of the time. Always closed. Just go to the car wash on McFarland, 100 times better and cheaper

I wish I could take away all the stars than awarding this terrible cash wash facility.
I don't know how such narrow check-in lanes, especially the outside one, were approved as their overhead barcode readers were very inefficient. initially the attendant installed the tag on the windshield but after multiple failures relocated it to the top on the glass of the sliding moonroof. Even then I had to drive back and forth on the lane and almost every time I had to take the help of the attendant to check in with my unlimited membership. during one of these visits the rims of the wheel of my SUV brushed aside the curve and caused visible damages on both the tires on the passenger side, front and rear.
I immediately reported it to the attendant who asked me to speak with the onsite manager. I spoke to Travis Pruitt on multiple occasions thereafter and every time he asked me to speak /chat with the corporate customer service at Texas. I left couple of voicemails and eventually chatted (asynchronously) with the customer service representative and was told to reach back to the onsite management team. This morning, 4/11/2024, when I visited the facility, Travis introduced me to Nate, the District Manager, who was extremely rude and cited irreverent scenarios to squarely blame it on me as "Driver error"! He drew parallel with the damaged caused in their "private" facility with the hypothetical scenario of damage caused in the public parking area. He even ridiculed me in wishing me luck. I don't know what type of business hire someone like him in that role!
This facility and the management team doesn't deserve the service of anyone!

Went on after a trip to florida and had a ton of bugs. Had to go through a second time, but had excellent customer service from the site manager, Travis!! They are getting to do renovation and will have all updated systems. This will help a lot, but for now, due to personalized customer service, couldn't ask for a better wash in the area for $$

This place has been closed for days, but they keep charging me. Can you guys at least put up a sign informing your customers the reason why you’re closed?! Or at least stop charging… what a waste of money… especially during pollen season!

Bought a monthly membership yet they can't communicate when closed. No email communication? But can email or text about promotions. The location has been closed for days, going on more than a week, this is sad.
3 months later, it's pollen season. After opening hours. Have a monthly membership. It means nothing when they are always closed. Please save your money.

Is this place going under? Its been "closed" for over a week and no ones picking up the phone or offering credits for the time its been closed. never in my time of patronizing this place AND when it was Katy's before wash me fast bought her out have I been inconvenienced/uninformed.
