This place doesnt even get a star, not for automotive. I walked in to the store from automotive side. I didnt see anyone, so i waited. After a few minutes an employee tried to help me pick tires. I needed to discuss options with wife. After coming back inside, i realized, he wasnt unseen in the back, he was talking to a
female coworker. I waited at counter, and when he saw me, he said he would be right there to help me. He continued talking with the woman and after a moment i decided i needed to get something else. So i went for a walk, hoping he'd be done and help me when i got back. Went to pick up a couple items. Decided, this needs to be taken up to a manager.... so i call..... and it rings the entire time..... and NoOne is inHR either.... THAT also rang 37 times and then it pulled the Auto-hang-up, so i purchase my items, and on my way back out. The auto cashier whatever, said are you ready now? My response, was i think you are trying to service this woman more than any customers. Good daysir. And kept walking. Cant even call walmart to complain. Drove to Mr. TIRE.

I have been shopping at this Walmart ever since they opened but for the past year now there is a guy who works their name Matthew who seems miserable all the time and wants to come in and nitpick things, especially when it comes to me. I spend probably close to $1000 every month at that store on me and my three kids. There have been a couple of instances like tonight where I found an item (which was an Nintendo switch controller) on sale for $12.50 when it rang up at the register, it rang up as $21. I showed the checkout lady the picture of where I found all of the controllers priced at $12.50. She changed the price and I kept checking out. Then all of a sudden she calls Matthew over and tells him, “I just wanted you to know that I change the price on this”. He then proceeds to scan the item and look at my picture, he zooms in and apparently the tag is for a Mario controller. That’s not my fault I am a customer and that is what was on the price ticket. I believe they should honor that and he wanted to remove it. I called on the other manager Melanie, who is always been super sweet to me and I told her the situation. She Understood my frustration and told me to go ahead, finish paying and tell my daughter to have a happy birthday. She is the reason I keep coming to this store. I’ve already called corporate on Matthew once, and the only reason I’m not doing it again is because of her. Walmart really needs to train their people how to handle their long-term customers or any customer for that matter. Someone really needs to talk to that guy.

Walmart’s Embrace of Caribbean Products: A Global Catering Shift
In recent times, Walmart’s retail landscape has begun to shift noticeably, particularly in its emphasis on Caribbean products. This strategic move not only caters to a broader demographic but also reflects a significant step towards global inclusivity.
The integration of Caribbean products into Walmart’s offerings is a testament to the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. Walking through the aisles, shoppers now encounter a vibrant array of goods that reflect the rich cultural tapestry of the Caribbean. From traditional spices and seasonings to popular snacks and beverages, Walmart’s shelves are now adorned with products that resonate with a broader audience.
For consumers of Caribbean descent, this development is more than just a convenience…it’s a validation of their cultural heritage. Finding familiar flavors and brands in mainstream supermarkets like Walmart fosters a sense of belonging and recognition. It underscores the notion that diversity isn’t just acknowledged but celebrated.
Moreover, Walmart’s decision to stock Caribbean products aligns with broader consumer trends towards global cuisine and culinary exploration. The growing interest in international flavors and ingredients reflects a shift in preferences, with consumers eager to experience new tastes and expand their culinary horizons.
From a business perspective, this move by Walmart is shrewd. It recognizes the purchasing power and influence of Caribbean communities, both in the United States and globally. By catering to these demographics, Walmart not only boosts its sales potential but also solidifies its reputation as an inclusive retailer attuned to the needs of diverse populations.
However, while Walmart’s foray into Caribbean products is commendable, there’s room for improvement. Enhancing visibility and accessibility of these products, alongside cultural education initiatives, would further enrich the customer experience and deepen Walmart’s connection with the communities it serves.

I ordered online pickup. Was going to be delayed by several hours to pick it up. Attempted to call numerous times to the store trying the #4 option for the online pick up and delivery orders, tried #0 operator option and did this over about 2hrs. There was NO answer from anyone it rang continuously for minutes with no answer from a human on a Saturday. How irresponsible. Then I called the pharmacy who did answer but, then didn't know what supervisor was working to connect me. Really?! You can't call over the intercom for a Supervisor to take whatever line. Completely disgusted by this experience. I then finally had to cancel the order in an online chat after all of this and am still awaiting an email confirmation 2 days later and still no refund but, they take our money immediately when I order.
