I know I should've looked but it shouldn't of been out on the shelf yesterday, 27 November I bought a pork tenderloin I got home and tonight we almost put it in the oven when my boyfriend looks at me and says this is dated for November 13! here selling meat pre-Thanksgiving right now. That is so disgusting. I returned it and of course nobody cared because everybody that works for Walmart is underpaid and tired. Nothing changes. I hope Walmart doesn't exist in 10 years. That's disgusting.

I ordered an 8x10 photo reprint today because I needed in a hurry and they offered their 1 hour photo service. My photo was ready in 15 minutes! This is a great service! Will use their 1 hour photo service in the future.

Asked 2 different employees on the floor where an item was. First employee "sorry I don't speak english." Second employee "no, I can't help you because I'm not on the clock right now and I will get in trouble if I tell you anything." Neither of those 2 individuals should be employed anywhere in a public way. Completely worthless people.

Bathrooms in this store were filthy. Dried up crusty feces on the seat that touched me when I put it down. Horribly grossed out.

I just got off the night shift Saturday morning and was super tired and aching. I placed an online order today through Walmart to have my groceries delivered to my apartment and I'm pissed. I normally don't complain but today, I had to. The delivery driver named najayah dropped my groceries off at the bottom of the building instead of bringing them to my door and some of my items were damaged. She just left my items for me to get! WTF?!! What's the point of delivery if there not brought to your front door? Regardless of the amount of items a customer orders, delivery drivers are paid to deliver items to customers doors not leave them at the bottom of the building for a customer to fend for themselves. We are in a middle of a pandemic. Essential workers such as delivery drivers etc are supposed to come together and perform at their jobs to give back to communities. I called Walmart customer service to complain! They apologized and gave me a full refund for some of my items. I won't be ordering groceries from Walmart again. Really Walmart!!Really!

Curbside pickup? Don't bother. You can't find the where to park. The have 'camera' signs, 'shopping cart' signs, 'black Friday' parking, handicap parking, and law enforcement parking. I never saw any curbside parking, so I have the time Tom write this standing here at customer service. Update: customer service says go to the right hand side of the building, where of course would never go, and that's where you pick stuff up. I would've been helpful to have that information before hand. There's a lot of information including a layout of the store but not a goddamn layout of the parking!

UNEDUCATED AND RUDE STAFF AND MANAGERS , I bought a car battery 6 months ago and battery ran out within 6 months , even though sign said free replacement under one year , they try to refuse exchanging the battery and they were very very disrespectful to us ... it's a shame to have an awful awful customer service and uneducated staff and manager ...Even department manager gave me 3 different answers when I asked what is his reason to refuse ... WHAT A SHAME!!

The worst customer service! I'm definitely not one that needs catering to, but my experience with the online pick up orders at the store was completely unacceptable. I placed an order online and received an email saying ready to pick up. Went to the pick up area and no one there has a clue as to what they are doing. Gave them my confirmation and order number and they said it was just cancel. They told me I didn't pick it up in time. The time for pick was 4-5pm on this particular day. I arrived there at 4:25. Unbelievable. I asked if they can look up the item to see if it is still available in the store for me to pick up. They claimed they couldn't do that either. I feel like Walmart hires people who have no common sense or can't speak English! So frustrating. I've had a number to unpleasant visits to Walmart in several locations in the country. So disappointing. I'm done with them! Never again!!

I CAN'T AND WOULDN'T MAKE THIS STORY UP!This Walmart has always had bad customer service but I've continued to go there because it's so close to my house and because I like to leave my car at the Cactus Carwash and walk over to get groceries. I'm not going back again. They no longer have humans checking out customers. It's BAD! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 5 items to purchase! It will take forever. My 8 year old and I went in today to get a few items but ended up getting 30-40 (as usual). When we went to check out we realized that we had to do the self checkout. I wasn't happy but maintained my composure. My daughter (again...she's 8) kept looking over to a woman who had a baby in the cart and buying groceries. She said "mommy, she has a lot of groceries and nobody is helping her". I looked and told her I agreed while taking her swimsuits off the crazy hangers. She mentioned it again as we were leaving - how that woman with a baby had to bag her own groceries while 3 employees stood there and watched! I recall seeing one worker but she said there were, at one point, 3 employees watching this poor woman check out and bag her own groceries....and it was a lot! I REGRET NOT WALKING OVER THERE AND HELPING THAT WOMAN BAG HER GROCERIES! When we got home we realized there was a package of vacuum belts in the bottom of the trash can I bought! We totally stole something from Walmart - had NO idea! Nobody was around to notice if we took clothes off hangers or if we had groceries inside our 13 gallon trash can!! How can they be saving money by doing this?? I'll return the belts tomorrow of course ...the nightmare continues (I have a belt-less vacuum, BTW).

This Walmart is making a lot of changes. No you do not have nobody checking you out up at the front of the store now it's all self check out and someone does older than me I can hear someone in the 80s might not know how to use self check out and if you work at Walmart who wants to get off in scandal and groceries this is going crazy going downhill I wonder what happened to the people that were checking everybody out I wonder if they still have a job or what are you doing in the store for a job

This place truly deserves only 2 stars because of non existent customer service which is typical for any Walmart. But long lines to cashier? In this technological day not being able to resolve the automated cashier line, CTO of Walmart needs to get fired. You are literally losing sales because of the cashier bottleneck. Don't blame it on Amazon

I wish I could leave a 0 star. It took me more than 1 hour to pick up an online order .first, the pickup kiosk is down. Someone finally came by but told me I had to go to garden center. Went to garden center, then was told I had to use an app to check in first. Took me 10 minutes to find the parking spot for pickup. Have waited for 10 minutes. No delivery yet. I will never shop at this Walmart again. It needs a new manager!

This place is the worst... chaos - never enough cashiers... they close after you are waiting online... and it is filthy... but hey the prices are great!
