Received a notice to pick up prescription. No one at pharmacy when I arrived. Cashier said there isn't anyone in the store that can help me and that I have to come back another time.

The most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It’s always a 45 wait even when your prescriptions are ready. I’ll be moving all my meds asap

I have been using this Alpharetta location since moving a month ago. I have used Walgreens in the past, and frankly I have never experienced a pharmacy with such distaste for their customers. The service is so bad I am transferring every prescription I have to Publix. In one month alone, they refused to fill regular prescriptions my drs have been calling in for years. They had me get paper scripts, and then they last it after I dropped it off. When I complained, they filled it with the dr’s call (like everyone else does). For another medication, told me they couldn’t get it and then I went back and was told they could. I still don’t have because they lost that paper prescription they claimed to need. They refuse to answer the phone, so don’t even bother trying to call. You’ll hold for an hour and nothing. If you go there, expect to be treated rudely at the desk and window. Customers are an annoyance and bother to them. When I said I wanted to transfer my business, the response was “oh well.” Walgreens allows their employees in the pharmacy to drive their business away. Rest assured, if you take your prescriptions here, you’ll quickly decide it was a mistake.

UPDATE: My vet called me back and finally got thru to someone in the pharmacy department. She was told that they had the rx but couldn't fill it. Again, is that hard to contact the prescriber to let them know they are unable to fill it?? Nope just let patients do without and sit and wonder if and when they will get their prescriptions. I was agitated when I wrote the first review and now I'm just enraged. This pharmacy and Walgreens convey a clear message they do not care about patients or customers. No sense in wishing anyone good luck going there at this point.I've gone to this pharmacy for years and it has gone downhill extremely fast. I have my cat's meds called in so I can use the Good RX card. Last month I called to see if it was ready and was told they were waiting for a shipment. No phone call to give me a heads up. Finally got them so fair enough. Called today to check up on her meds that my vet called in yesterday. Person on the phone was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering her. Just about snapped at me that nothing was called in. Called my vet back and they said they have it documented that the refill was placed yesterday. Went there a few weeks ago and the manager interrupted the cashier that was helping me to do something for her. No acknowledgement that I was standing there at all or "Hey do you mind if so and so helps me and I'll get someone else to help you??" Nope, just hauled him away and left me standing there in disbelief that that happened. I use to love going to that store and maybe there has been a change of management but it is about the worst place to go. You would get better treatment walking in to motor vehicles right before closing. Good luck to you all.

This is the worst pharmacy. Staff is incredibly rude and when you can to ask a question, they act like they can’t be bothered. Also, prescriptions are never ready when they say they’re going to be. After years of using them as our pharmacy, we’ll be switching.

This place sucks. You'd be better off drawing your own blood and then having a vampire taste it and tell you if anything wrong.

Dear customers,As someone who is deeply dedicated to providing exceptional service and fostering positive experiences, I feel compelled to address a recent google review that contains false claims about the interactions and the overall atmosphere at Walgreens. It's essential to provide an accurate representation of the incident in question. The allegations of poor customer service, rudeness, and neglect outlined in the previous review couldn't be further from the truth. At Walgreens, we take immense pride in our commitment to serving each customer with respect, attentiveness, and empathy. Our primary goal is to address every individual's inquiries and needs, particularly in the realm of photo-related services.Regarding another young employee, Wesley, who happens to be a friend of mine, our working relationship has always been amicable and collaborative. Any suggestion of issues between us is entirely baseless. On the day of the incident in question, an unfortunate misunderstanding occurred, which eventually led to police intervention. The police advised the individual involved to offer apologies to both me and the store. This validation serves as a clear indicator that the claims made in the review were not only baseless but also driven by ulterior motives. Most of Our team member at photo dept. are trained to listen actively and provide guidance to ensure that all photo-related inquiries are promptly and accurately addressed.Additionally, it is crucial to address a few points that can further enhance our service quality:1. Addressing Printing Concerns:We understand the importance of addressing any questions or concerns our customers have about printing. To ensure a seamless experience. We prefer prioritize addressing the issue first Instead of resorting to reprinting.2. Following Manager Assignments:All employees at Walgreens are committed to following the manager-on-duty's assignments to maintain the store's proper operation, creating a harmonious and organized environment for both customers and staff.3. Seriousness of Threats or Disruptive Behavior:For any threats or disruptive behavior, we want to remind all our customers that we take such matters seriously. Our priority is to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.4. Payment Acknowledgment:Regarding the payment($33.74) for the order, we are committed to assisting you until the payment process is successfully completed, ensuring you have a hassle-free and smooth transaction. In conclusion, I encourage readers to approach online reviews with discernment and consider the multiple perspectives and facts at play. The experience I have gained during my time at the Walgreens Photo Dep. has reaffirmed my belief in the importance of truth, professionalism, and genuine customer service. I am grateful for the support of my colleagues, and I look forward to continuing to serve the community with dedication and integrity.Thank you for taking the time to read this review, and I am confident that anyone who interacts with us will recognize the authenticity of our commitment to providing top-notch service.

Hi if someone could please contact me immediately regarding an experience my husband and I had at our local south Main Street wallgreens, in Alpharetta GA. The manager on duty Vivian, is out of control. I have video footage from my cell phone. I have never ever been treated SO poorly by an employee. I was in trying to print photos for my wedding album. A nice young gentleman Wesley was helping us with the photos that didn’t print successfully, and Vivian who is of Asian descent - just want to clarify so I don’t call out the wrong Vivian since I did not receive any last names, she comes up and starts screaming at Wesley to go to the front that he does not work in photos. It was uncomfortable to witness. We would of been done with our issues with the photos that did not print in 30 seconds if this woman would of just allowed this kid to help us. This was SO wrong on so many levels. She spoke to me in such a demeaning & aggressive way and actually had the audacity to accuse me of not knowing how to work a camera and that’s why my pictures were printing blurry & then she decided to call 911 on me and my husband?? We are absolutely baffled and beyond confused. This was a complete waste of my time and I cannot believe this woman has a job here. I would like to further expand my story to someone on the phone. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE the police thought this was a joke because it was. They asked me what the issue was and I told them I had 0 idea?? It resulted with your employee Vivian snatching my wedding photos out of my hand and us leaving because it just was not worth it. We feel extraordinarily discriminated against and have no idea why this woman would act like an animal and a bully she was rude to us and your poor employee Wesley who is a saint . Not to mention she held up about 12 plus people in like to argue with me instead of doing her job- and half of these people were begging her to just please give me my photos it was awkward for all. I was ready to pay my $33.31 dollars and leave with my photos, I had my credit card in my hand and tried to check out, she wouldn’t allow Wesley to let me purchase my photos and then said they weren’t gonna be ready for 2 more hours? he had just handed them to me before and said they were ready? I 1000% did nothing wrong except ask for my photos to print that did not print and this employee Vivian escalated this to a level that makes me never want to shop at Walgreens again. The other employee Wesley was shaking by this woman she is such a bully and after this was all said and done so was I. I will not stop attempting to speak to corporate until I hear from someone. This is outrageous. If I owned this business she would be immediately fired. Do better Vivian. This is not how you treat people, ESPECIALLY not in customer service. Also the police don’t appreciate you wasting their time when real crimes are taking place. Get a grip.

WORST PHLEBOTOMIST EVER! Rude, most unprofessional, UNSANITARY PRACTICE. I called them multiple times asking for the name of the I believe short haired, African American woman who took my blood Tuesday April 4th. No answers. Also SKETCHY! Two female phlebotomist in the room. Took my insurance card, then asked for my credit card information. Argued with me for 4/5 minutes about $150 might be charged, but “probably not”. I asked if I had to pay for something why they couldn’t call me or bill me. Answered- “we can’t.” She said we NEED your credit card. We don’t have your insurance in the system. It has to “go through”. Nonsense back and forth. Rejected every solution I proposed. She finally scoffs and replies “I’ll just put ‘Refuses to share card information’” OH THAT WAS AN OPTION??! Another woman walks in and the other phlebotomist immediately said the same thing about needing her card info and the same exact $150 was mentioned!! (I had 9 tests, 8 tubes of blood). This looks like a scam. The police needs to investigate these people. She then rummaged through the drawers looking for the supplies with the hand she touched the computer, door handle, etc with. Then puts on her gloves and touches the chair handle. Too much detail that was unsanitary. I didn’t say anything because I had faith she knows what she is doing. She needs to be fired immediately. She shouldn’t be paid for endangering patients. At the end she YANKS the needle out of my arm! This is unacceptable. Walgreens should be looking into people they hire and assure they are performing sanitary and ethical practices before they get lawsuits. I’m considering contacting the local police for I’m afraid they might be conducting credit card fraud.
