Just walked up to the door and it’s locked they are closed an hour early. 2 employees look and say yep we are closed. Please change the closing time online. This caused me a great inconvenience.

My family and I frequent this location often. We know most of the workers – they are usually friendly and very helpful. However, this time I placed a pick-up order. When I arrived to the store, I went to the pick-up location to pick up my one item. On my way out the door, I was yelled at my an employee. She started running after me, I guess assuming that I was trying to steal … a bottle of detox pills. She asked for my ID, which was fine. However, it was not what she said but how she said it that made me feel uncomfortable and profiled. Again, my family and I are regulars at the location, and we have never had any such issues. I suggest the pick-up shelf be moved behind the counter and there be a more structured pick-up process established especially if the employees are going to act in this manner when customers pick up their items. Not satisfied with this experience.

I’ve been going to this specific location for 4 years. There’s a variety of options and great deals- especially if you order online and pick up. However, the employees make this store. All of them are extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I visited this Vitamine Shop to consult supplements which keeps us health and active. The manager helped me and introduce many kinds of multivitamins and minerals and educated me the best thing I should take out of the shop. It’s helped me a lot based my requirements. I suggest others to visit this place. Best people to guid if you are new.

From being apart of the management team at VS for 5 years, this store is a clusterf. Management isn't tracking actual store policies, nor is knowledgeable about products. Everytime go in here, I cringe hearing the health enthusiasts speaking to customers, giving them either "bro science" advice, or just straight up misinformation on products. Moreover, I have had an issue over promo pricing everytime I've shopped here. Being that I worked for this company and loved it for years, it's such a disappointment going to this location. Definitely suggest the DM have a unannounced visit.
