You have noticed that buying a used car has become very complicated lately, well at least that has been the case for me.
I don't know if you become more demanding over the years, or if people don't take care of their cars, but the thing is, I was browsing many pages on the Internet and in theory there are hundreds of cars that seem to be fine, but when you look a little more nearby, you find those cars always have something. The car is very old, it has a lot of mileage, it has had traffic accidents, it has spent time in the northern states and has a lot of corrosion in its structure, it was under lease, etc...
When it finally seems that you found something, you necessarily have to go see the car, I don't understand how there are people who buy the car online without seeing the vehicle physically, maybe a totally new one is ok, but if it is used, you have to go see it and even then you are not exempt from returning dissatisfied and with empty hands. When the days, weeks and sometimes even months go by without finding the car that meets your needs, you feel like you are wasting your time, and you start to think that the best you can do is buy a new car. At the end, you don't have to deal with someone else's problems...
I was already at this stage, when my sister sent me a link to a car that she saw on some internet page...
I reluctantly opened it, thinking this will be another nice car that will have something bad, but it wasn't like that, at least the first part passed and we decided that we could give it a chance and go see it over the weekend.
When I arrived at the dealership the first thing that surprised me was the number of cars they had, and the second was, how well preserved they seemed. The salesman Rusty Hill with whom I had contacted a few minutes before to find out if the car was still available, greeted me with an honest smile, he was very cordial and polite, that's how all salesmen are when they see a new customer, but in this case, Rusty could really surprise me.
He had the patience to show me each car that I liked, which I can say, was a few. I was able to test drive all of them without any restrictions and we carefully analyzed the numbers and he always had the same good attitude, striving at every moment to find the best option to meet my needs. I felt like he really cared about me, you don't see that every day...
He was very serious and professional in every detail, like a person who has repeated an activity so many times to become an expert and always with the best disposition and attitude. But the atmosphere of the establishment itself was very good, the other vendors had the same predisposition. When we spoke with the other members of the Staff and the manager, the behavior was always the same. That's when I started to wonder, how am I going to get out of here without buying something?
Everyone, especially Rusty Hill my salesman, worked hard to find the best car for me. At the end, we spent the entire afternoon in his place and I came out buying a beautiful, brand new Toyota Corolla, financed with a very good interest rate. I left the site feeling totally satisfied and happy.
Really, if you need to buy a used vehicle, you have to stop by Versatile Collection and while there, you should ask for Rusty Hill, not only is he a great salesman, he is also an excellent person.

I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Doc. I got an incredible deal on a used Toyota Camry in excellent condition and didn't have to pay the same overhead fees as a major dealership. Doc provided is kind and caring and ensured that our purchase was quick and easy. Doc even accommodated my busy work schedule to have a thorough cleaning on the car on the weekend. I am very grateful for he service and highly recommend!

This is my second purchase with VC cars and with Doc. I purchased a Jaguar with them and it’s in excellent condition and needed very little maintenance for the past 5 years. We were in the market looking for a family SVU and Doc was phenomenal. He gave us a true VIP Family treatment. Doc was knowledgeable about the car that brought us in and he gave us options to consider that met our families needs. Doc went above and beyond for us. We were pre-approved before coming into the dealership, and they found us a lower rate interest rate. I highly recommend Doc from VC car.

I had been looking for six months, often & on, for the right vehicle to replace my BMW. Something that was fun to drive but also gave me some good space options. Thankfully, the GMC Acadia that I have now will be something I can be proud of for a long time. Doc was personable and informative… Didn’t pressure me in anyway and just wanted to help with my travel needs. The Acadia is in great shape, low mileage, and not to mention my wife loves to ride in it, being higher in an SUV, than in a sedan. Overall, I am very, very pleased and would highly suggest versatile collection for your next shopping experience.

I will like to give a special thank you to Sulaiman and Will for getting me approved when no one else would. Not only did they show commitment and dedication to get me into a vehicle I desire but the professionalist was excellent. I never been to a dealership where they provided a list of bank approvals unless the customers asked. They recieved a few bank approvals but continued to search and found a few more before I signed for the car. I really appreciate you guys. Thank you agian!

Most shady dealership I have ever encountered. Forget any positive reviews they have. They most probably were written by their family and friends. Worst mistake I ve made buying a car from them. They will lie through their teeth to make a sale. Run from the one called 'DOC' He is so sleazy and will tell bold faced lies. And the worst thing is he has no idea about the cars he sells. He will tell you any lie under the sun to make you buy a car. And he stinks! Don't go too close to him either. He has a pungent odor just like the lies he tells. The whole business is shady. IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM, CHECK FOR YOUR EMERGENCY KEYS IN YOUR KEY FOB! THEY KEEP THOSE AND WILL NOT TELL YOU! DON'T LET YOUR CAR COME UP MISSING WHEN YOU GO GROCERY SHOPPING! RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!

It has been a lifelong ambition of mine to own a Jaguar convertible. While viewing available cars online, CarGurus showed me a 2017 Jaguar F-type in Alpharetta GA. It really looked promising, so I contacted and asked for more information. Rusty Hill promptly responded within half an hour and texted me giving me more details. Within an hour of that, he phoned me and we spoke more about the car. We live in Granite Falls, NC, so the drive took about 4 1/2 hours to the dealership. My husband and I drove the car and had decided not to purchase, but after speaking with Rusty again, I asked him to take me out for a test drive. My husband and I were unfamiliar with all the options the vehicle offered. With his knowledge and understanding of the Jaguar, he demonstrated just what the car could do, and it totally sold me. He gave me the opportunity to feel the excitement that I was looking for from a Jaguar. The purchasing process was quick and painless, not what you expect from some dealerships. VCCars and Rusty Hill rates 5 stars in my opinion, and I am sure anyone that has dealt with Rusty feels the same. Thank you for my new ride, and making my dream come true!
