Korri is absolutely phenomenal. She had some of the best customer service i have ever seen, was willing to be helpful to her coworkers, her customers, and greet people simultaneously. She went above and beyond with making sure I was taken care of, while helping others as well. She stayed 30 mind after the store had closed to make sure I had left Verizon with everything i needed. Absolutely will be coming back, thank you Korri and verizon!!

Excellent treatment, optimal, there is a person who speaks Spanish. Very clean place. We had a problem with the SIM.

Was a waste of time going to this store. Alex the rep should not be in a service industry, rude person. Verizon sends txt that I am eligible for an upgrade. Alex says I have to pay. Time to switch.

Becoming a Business owner brings along a lot of task everyday. So to have an Account Manager like Steven Carson to quickly access, manage, and process requests needed with Verizon as a vendor, helps toward diminishing the load. He is very accessible and action oriented with all our business needs. We feel very well valued as a customer!

Not directly this store, but I was set to pick up an iPhone 15 plus from here today only for Verizon to screw me over. They took my money from my credit card and then claimed the payment didn't go through.
Avoid verizon at all costs unless you want them to steal your money. Will be visiting a T-Mobile store today, screw Verizon.

Prepare to be robbed! Buyer beware! No exaggeration I walked into the store today after being directed to that location from the Dunwoody location because the previous store did not have the phone in stock. As soon as I walked through the door due to knowing what I was looking for I requested the phone the previous store said would be in stock. I asked the salesperson Malachi if they had the phone I was looking for. He said yes and proceeded to guide me through the payment process. Something told me to check the phone box and open it in the store, not only did he charge me an extra $122 dollars for a phone I didn't ask for it was a phone that I did not request! This was no accident and he continued to attempt to upswell me with a cord that would not work with the format for my car. The manager was no help, and blamed me for the whole experiences and was very rude and dismissive. Shame on this store and this company!

Just went in to get a new screen port and phone case. The man that helped me was friendly and efficient. They had five employees who were all busy helping customers. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.
