Very disappointed with customer service after spending a combined 2 and a half hours on hold to get hung up on. I have been with Verizon for several years. I hope they get this fixed

This is the worst company in my opinion
I went to get services at a Costco store for a family plan last year November 2023. I never received the phones and up to now April 2024, I haven’t received my money back for taxes and they are sending me bills for services I never received.
