This is one of the best venues I've ever been to! It seems as if the planners were thoughtful and detailed. There really is t a bad seat in the house. The lawn seating is sloped so everyone can see even if they are in the back. And they have so many concessions. They are everywhere. And they have beer guys walking around selling beer. It's always easy to get a drink. There were lots of bathrooms. We saw Hozier and the whole show was fabulous. The sound was amazing. They have two big screams so you see all the action close up. The prices of things are expensive. They sell big beers and they are about $16 each. But what isn't expensive right now. I can't wait to go and see another show there. The lawn seats are not covered from the elements so plan accordingly.

Cleanest outdoor venue I've seen to date. Went to see Sam Hunt/ Brett Young and bought club access, which just makes sense. Shorter lines for bathrooms, drinks and food. Patio tables are available as well as air conditioned seating indoors. The staff was extremely friendly. I wish they could speed up the parking process, but I suppose they do the best they can. Can't wait to visit again!

This was my first visit to this venue, here for the Pentatonix concert. It appears that most of the seating is covered but they also have a very ample space for those sitting in the lawn area who wants to bring blankets or chairs. And for those who may be sitting a bit further in the back they also have the giant screens for you to get a good look at the artists who are performing. Also in the seating area that is covered they have giant fans, to circulate the air, which is great on a humid Georgia night!!! Now the staff everyone from the people at the gate to the traffic directors to the Isle hosts are so helpful and are more than willing to give you information as far as guiding you to the right section or if you just have questions about the venue in general. A particular highlight: It came in handy that they actually had a golf cart crew to assist in transporting Mobility - challenged patrons to the front gate. And when leaving one of the Isle hosts actually assisted us through the seating area with flashlights so that our path was lit, upon exiting - HUGE, in my book!! Well I did not partake of the food or beverage options, it does appear that they have the standard offerings: think nachos, refreshing drinks and adult beverages. Overall, I would be more than happy to attend another concert at this venue and would recommend to anyone!

Ameris Bank Amphitheatre is close to me so it's definitely my preferred choice for a convenient venue. It was easy to get in and out of the venue with a rideshare service. My friends and I came to see Lauren Alaina and Pentatonix, which was a lot of fun. I wouldn't necessarily pay for any seats above lawn seats because the sound and visibility is essentially all the same. There is an option to rent lawn chairs for $12 and you can also opt for a private "VIP" section with high-top tables and chairs near the concessions. This was a great option to get a full view of the amphitheater for an extra $30 and have a table if you want to avoid eating on the lawn. Overall, great venue!

Took my granddaughter to her first concert there. The place is super clean and it was a great venue for her first experience. Lots of staff present so we never felt unsafe. Would definitely see another concert here!

We attended a Jelly Roll concert recently and we enjoyed our visit. Parking wasnt too bad, but i do wish we could've been closer to the entrance. Getting out of the venue was horrible. People crammed together to get down the small walkway to the Lot B parking and then it took ages to get out of the parking deck once we got into our car. The venue itself was nice. We paid for fastpass which was slightly annoying because they didnt even check and just scanned our actual tickets. So i felt like it was a waste of money. We did get in quickly and were able to grab a great spot at the front of the lawn. We had a pretty good view other than all of the people walking through during the concert. The food and alcohol were way overpriced, so pregame and eat before or after. A beer was $14, cocktail was $18, pizza was $16. We spent WAY to much money at this venue.

I came here in August 2022 for a OneRepublic concert, featuring NEEDTOBREATHE and one other artist as openers. It was my first concert in a while and I had a wonderful time. I went alone, and made the drive up from the city. The parking staff was super helpful and there were a ton of signs so it wasn't a stress to find parking. When approaching the venue, I had to take time to login to my Live Nation/Ticketmaster account as I forgot to have my e-ticket ready inside Apple Wallet. The guest staff were very patient with me as a result of this and I appreciate them a lot. After the show ended I also did not have many problems leaving the area.

Sound mixer person ( Don't hate!) has no stinking clue. I want to hear singing, not the instruments!Cashless, Does not accept legal tender for the United States.Security goons refuse to take responsibility. Even though they "encourage" you to relocate your seat if it's not to their liking.I'll return despite the negative. I won't and don't enjoy the tactics.

The Ameris Bank Amphitheater is a great outdoor venue for music, theater, and really any live performance. You can get stadium seats that are under an awning and which have huge industrial fans on top. They'll keep you a little more comfortable than not. There is also lawn seating available, but prepare to sweat in hotter months as there's no cover. You're welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets, and you'll likely want an umbrella for heat and rain defense. You'll find lots of food and tons of drink options for purchase before getting to your seats. Just expect to pay inflated prices. Parking is on grass with a vip option available. Staff is everywhere and is generally helpful with questions and directions. I'm not sure what the water bottle policy actually is, but nobody asked to see our bottle contents and nobody asked us to pour out our water.

Great venue. I saw My Chemical Romance a couple of months back and loved the place. Food was good, cool place.

Overpriced under quality and quantity concession stands, bordering on criminal. Bring food, tailgate at your car, before entering. Seating sucked, from the standpoint of elevation from the seats in front of you.

Decent venue! The parking was free which is great, and there's several decks in the garage, however there wasn't much signage in terms of finding the parking, navigating from the parking to the venue, and then returning of course. The lawn is a huge hill, so after a rainy day, it's SUPER slippery... would definitely recommend not wearing high heels! Overall the music/sound was great though!

Absolutely loved this venue! Great views from anywhere you are. Parking was easy and unlike other amphitheaters, very easy and fast to get out of.

Absolutely hands down the WORST concert venue in Atlanta. I'm a native Atlantan, I've been to every music venue since the 1980's. I have never been to this one, I generally stay inside the perimeter. It's IMPOSSIBLE to find this place. All you see are office parks and buildings, it's like trying to find a postage stamp in a sea of strip malls and office parks. No signs for the Amphitheater when you exit off 400. Problem #1! Put a sign there! There is no visible signage on any of the main roads (Mansell or Northridge) that say anything about the amphitheater. You just drive endlessly through various office parks, looking for any signs. If it's dark outside, forget it. Go home, you'll never find it. Both Google maps and Waze gave incorrect directions, at one point telling us three separate times to make U turns, on the SAME street. We were also told to exit on Mansell (we were going North on 400,from Virginia Highlands.) As soon as we exited onto Mansell, our directions told us to go take the South exit back onto 400. WHAT???? We wasted so much time trying to find this dump. We finally found a police officer at the VIP lot, we stopped to ask him for directions to lot B. He gave us bad directions. We ended up two miles from the venue. ZERO SIGNAGE for any lots until you're right on top of them. And they were placed at an angle so they were hard to actually read from your car. Maybe a sign stating 500 feet BEFORE the actual parking lot, alerting you it's coming up, you won't miss it. They don't have signs, you'll miss the parking signs during your first drive by. Guaranteed. When we finally found lot B, we were sent an overflow lot even further away from the actual amphitheater that we still couldn't see and had no clue which direction it was in. I asked the lone parking attendant how to find the amphitheater and he actually said "follow the trail through the woods." What the actual f-word did that mean? We assumed we'd end up wading in the Chattahoochee River. We found the arena, and we had great seats, ORCH 3, Row J. Pretty close to the stage. The chairs are small fold up chairs and it's flat, No gradual steps so every seat is a little higher than the one in front of you (like at every other venue, Chastain, Variety Playhouse in L5P.) Nope, the seats are on the same level so all you can see are the rows of people in front of you. I paid a fortune for these tix, I read a Yelp reviewer say "there wasn't a bad seat at the venue." That person definitely wasn't close to the stage. Maybe the seats towards the back are on a step above each row, so you can actually see the performer. Save yourself the overwhelming frustration of trying to navigate this poorly planned venue. it's the worst.
