I went to return the router because I canceled my business internet service due to poor service. After waiting for over an hour, the person who assisted me told me that he was not authorized to accept these devices and that I had to go to a corporate office, which is obviously closed on Saturdays. Once again, I can confirm Verizon's poor service.

It was not a typical situation/circumstances through which we started a new postpaid account with people from different states joining the account. Tron really helped with different challenges along the way from getting us started with the account creation, porting our numbers from different carriers into the account and even cleaning up the mess caused by Verizon’s customer service.
Tron really knows his stuff and I would place my utmost trust in tron with any of my problems be in small or big.

I would like to share my good experience in store, where Tron helped me and our family to switch our family plan from prepaid to postpaid and patiently helped in porting the numbers to the new phones we got as a result of the switch.
Tron really went above and beyond his work duty and responsibility to make it make the switch and make it all smooth process and tremendously help us right, which which could be very stressful otherwise. Big thank you to him, and I would recommend the store and especially Tron for anyone trying to do any work Verizon. Thank you.

I walked in July 2nd as my phone died that morning. Jesse was very friendly and helped me upgrade my Note 20 up to a S25 Ultra. Very helpful and answered all my questions. I really appreciate the atmosphere as I was stressed and he helped ease my worries on the new phone.

Its Monday July 7, there's one employee on-site. I ask if there's a waiting list, there's not. I sit there for 20 mins and finally interrupt and say how long do I have to wait to return a mifi. The guy smugly says you already paid for
That, you should call customer service. Waste of my time Verizon and you could have asked me when I arrived what I needed.

Upgraded my iPhone at the windward location today. Being a holiday up arrival, Devonte had a store full of people. He acknowledged everyone as they walked in asked how he could fulfill our needs. He then walked everyone in the store through what we all needed not only politely but efficiently. This man is the epitome of customer service. Polite, put together and knowledgeable about the products. Verizon has a corporate office up the road and I would not be surprised and Verizon would be blessed to see him in an executive position over there soon. Thanks Devonte!
