Sat they close at 6 pm. I came in at 5:30 to pick up my phone, and then the employee said he couldn't help because it only 30 min to close !!!

Buyers please be aware of employee Devontae because he might con you into believing you got a great promotional deal on a phone by telling you the phone is free by just paying a fee upfront. But, later find out on your bill you just financed a new phone and bill increased. When confronted, Devontae was very rude, gaslighting my intelligence with a very condescending attitude.
Devontae doesn't need to be the only person working in the location in Alpharetta or representing Verizon due his unethical business practices.

5 Stars for Devontae & his great customer service! We went in to change my iPhone 14 Pro Max for the 15, something a lot smaller and lighter for my small hands. And Devontae hooked us up with the new 15 Pro as well as helped us set up a better money saving plan as well. This is our second great experience at this store.

As most people will say, it's all about the person you get and how they respond to your needs. I had incredible service. If you need assistance with anything regarding Verizon products, you will be covered at this store.

Went to the Verizon on Windward Parkway in Alpharwtta, GA. Anna was wonderful. I am not very tech savvy at all & she took the time & walked me through everything. Had an excellent experience at this store.

I wish that I never would have stepped foot inside this store last November, I am a victim of cell phone theft by a former employee named Albert T. The promotion that Verizon was doing at the time was to "trade in your current device and upgrade to the iPhone 15 for free." I paid the "Set up and Go Service Smartphone" fee of $39.99 that day and then the taxes that accompanied everything. I was told that the only other fee I will see on my next was the "$35 activation fee." No problem. I noticed that by February my bill had gone up and I was now paying around $30 more per month than I was supposed to. I went back to the store and an associate began to look into why I was paying more, the reason being is that "My device was never sent back." So, currently I am paying for my iPhone 15, which was supposed to be free and of course, Albert T no longer works there and apparently I am not the only person who's cell phone he never sent back! Since then I have spoken to the manager named Ray and assistant manager named Lexy (sp?), I have had numerous assurances that Verizon will take care of this and my the money that I have been overpaying on my bill will be refunded to my account. FYI I am paying an extra $28.05 per month on my bill because I am paying for the device! I have been to the store 6 times and was told that "Ray will be in contact with me and someone from Verizon will reach out." No one has been in contact with me, so I went to Verizon's Facebook page and told my story. As of now, I'm stuck paying for my iPhone because "We have no record of your device being sent back." Well obviously, you don't because Albert T never sent it back! If I treated my clients and customers like I have been treated by the employees at this location, I would not be in business! If you're going to trade in a device, I HIGHLY SUGGEST that you send the device back yourself! I hate being stolen from but honestly I hate terrible customer service, being treated poorly, lied to and being dismissed by mangers who's job is to help the customer.

DEVONTE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COULD NOT HELP AT ALL, DONT EVEN KNOW WHY HE IS THERE. He right off the bat had an attitude and was not in any mood for customer service. My phone is not receiving text or calls consistently. He said since it wasn't happening at the moment there was nothing he could do! REALLY NICE SERVICE CONSIDERING HOW MUCH WE PAY FOR SERVICE. I read other reviews about Devonte and they are very much true!! He does not need to be in customer service. Called Verizon and Rory was more than happy to help and he even fixed it remotely. Devonte just wants a check, he doesn't care about customers

I took my phone here for them to transfer my information to a new phone due to a vendor Verizon chose whom broke my phone. The guy there, Devonte, was very rude and inconsiderate. When I walked in he asked how could he help and I proceeded to tell him I needed my information transferred to the new phone Verizon sent to me. He said it was a fee or I could call customer service and they WALK ME through the transfer. I told him I'm not tech savvy and that I shouldn't be charged a fee when the vendor they selected broke my phone. He said there's nothing he can do if I don't pay the fee. I asked to speak to a manager or for the manager contact information and he said he doesn't have a manager....go figure. He Saif he doesn't work for free and I can pay or not. He didn't even take the time to understand my dilemma or provide customer service. I called customer service and they put it on my account to waive the fee. He said i had to take it to a corporate store because they dont waive fees. Apparently this is not a corporate store so in the future, I would recommend going to a corporate store and not the private owned as their customer service is terrible and we pay too much money to these carriers to be treated rudely and lied to when ask for assistance. All they care about is money and NOT the customer.

We were signing up for promotion that would give us $1000 for each phone and had I not called to check. They only gave us $62 per phone. The store employees were basically cheating us out of over $3400 in trade in credits & they were very disrespectful on the phone even leaving me on hold for 20 minutes and laughing about it. Multiple times they said the manager would be giving me a call and he never did April and the other employee who was in their store video are pathetic employees who are only their to get a paycheck and not to actually help the customer. As soon as we are done with our Verizon contract, we will be leaving and never coming back.This was by far of the worst experience we’ve ever had with a cell phone store. It took me over two months and 17 phone calls to get our deal issues resolved.
