Poor shopping experience. The item I received did not look like the website photo. When I wrote to them, their customer service person was defensive. Despite my complaint, I would be expected to pay return shipping cost. I discarded it.

BUYER BEWARE! If I could give this business a 0/5 star rating I would. Be warned, if you want your item in a timely manner, don't bother. I ordered a coffee table in May and I had to bug the seller, Heather, who is not very responsive, to ship the item. Once it shipped in late July, I received it damaged- broken at the base, scratch on the table, and ink marks from what looks like a coffee table book. I confirmed this with a marble expert and received a quote for repair. I addressed my concerns with the seller, requesting a refund only to cover the cost of the marble repair, she stated "The marble is not discolored, it is marble. Even if we offered to have whatever scratch you see buffed out, the price tag of your quote is insanely expensive. Not sure how much more I can help you as we have already paid you back (the shipping cost)". I am all for supporting small business but this one does not have it together. I recommend taking your money elsewhere.

I have to say that this store is absolutely beautiful I needed a lot of things for my home and they had the perfect table as well as accessories. The owner was so helpful she made sure I was completely taken care of before I left the store. All of my items were delivered as promised and I really love them! Thank you so much Heather for all of your help this move hasn't been easy and I really appreciate you!

Shoppe Vanhorn has the cutest finds! Walking through the store in person or online is like walking through my dream store! They have everything from super cute trendy clothes, to gifts, to furniture! I want it all!!!

Vanhorn has been amazing helping me design and accessorize my dream kitchen and family room. Heather is so fun to work with and is able to source exactly what I want, even if it's not something she is currently carrying in the store. She has a great eye for how to pull it all together! I also love all of the gorgeous and unique clothing and personal accessories she carries in store. What a fun gem to have near us!

I never write a negative reviews. But I feel like online buyers who purchase from Shoppe VanHorn should be aware of my experience. I ordered an item that said it would ship next day, but after a full week, I realized my item never shipped at all. I emailed VanHorn to let them know I hadn't received my item. No explanation was given for why they never shipped it out. They finally sent it after I complained, but it arrived recklessly packaged and broken into pieces. It took two phone calls, two emails, and a text message by me before the shop owner finally responded. I sent photos of the damage and asked to send it back for a replacement. She agreed to send me a replacement item within two days. TEN DAYS later, I still had no replacement. I finally asked for a refund, since all signs seemed to indicate there was no intention of sending the replacement or trying to make the situation right (at least in a timely manner). I would warn anyone buying from his business online to look elsewhere if customer service is priority.

Most aesthetically pleasing store in Alpharetta conveniently located right by Halcyon! They have everything from charcuterie necessities, to clothes, to furniture, and home decor items. Great place to find unique pieces that you won't find elsewhere! Different price ranges for different budgets. Can't recommend it enough.
