Very rude! I don’t even know where to begin. I felt very humiliated. The lady screamed at me in such a loud voice when I was patiently waiting for my turn for over an hour. I had called before driving to make sure there was no waiting. Literally everyone looked at me. I felt very embarrassed. I myself is a small business owner, so I understand it’s not easy to run a business and I always respect small business owners but one need to learn how to give customer service.

Been going to Nancy for 20 years. She is the only person I trust to do my nails. They always look great! She is so kind and I always look forward to going in to see her.

Love love my nails! My second time coming here and the prices are amazing! They're always so nice and they taught me what chrome nails are which has become my new obsession! I refuse to go to any other nail salon now. I even had my Christmas nails done here and I got so many compliments on them even after Christmas because they still looked great!

Terrible smell of what smells like formaldehyde. Had a headache from being in there. Service was so poorly done that the manicure and pedicure was so fast, many spots were missed on my nails. Not proper on cutting cuticles, buffing nothing was done well. Don't be fooled by the price. I would not go back there again. They were bouncing between people, you did not have 1 person working on you. It was like an assembly line. Pay 10 dollars more and go to a better spa.

It depends on the specific nail tech that helps you. My mom's nails were beyond perfect, but mine were absolutely not. I asked for acrylic on one of my big toes because the nail broke and "uneven" doesn't begin to describe it.
