Unhelpful, racist, incompetent workers who refused to do their job. Unnecessarily rude and refused to speak to a translator on behalf of someone who speaks minimal English. I’ve always been supportive of USPS workers but this location is an exception. Do not go here and do not let your family members who speak minimal English come here. They will be berated and yelled at like they’re less than a human being. Go anywhere else. I hope the workers there, especially the lady that yelled at my mother, have the day that she deserves.

They have, TWICE, lost or left at a wrong address my heart medicine from my mail order pharmacies. They have NEVER answer any phone calls. For two days I called probably 25 to 35 times.

People who work here are insanely, rude and passive aggressive. I was simply there to drop off a piece of mail and really did not appreciate the juvenile commentary made by the lady (who mind you wasn’t even the one attending me) absolutely unnecessary and completely unprofessional, and I was only there for five minutes

Jesica was so helpful and friendly with our passport appointment. For tueaday/Saturday walkin you have to take number at 8 o clock and return at assigned time.

I’m posting this as if they’d ever care or action anything, but I clearly enjoy wasting my own time, so here we go. Over the course of the 3 years I’ve lived at my address, I’ve had countless issues with our mail and package delivery. Since it’s entirely impossible to get them on the phone, I then schlep over there, ask them to figure out where my package is. Everytime, they tell me their system is too slow to look it up, so they’ll give me a call. Apparently, by “call” they mean, “send a carrier pigeon with no sense of direction” because without fail, I have never heard back. I then get to schlep over there again, and repeat the same interaction yet again.
All that to say, I can deal with occasionally misplaced packages. Mistakes happen. But repeatedly lying and telling a customer you’ll call them back to resolve their problem and failing to do so is next level ineptitude when it comes to basic customer service.

I would give this place a ZERO if I could. Went in today and was at least helped by the lightskin lady that was sending my mail- forgot her name she was the only professional person there.
However for Kayla- she put my hopes up about telling me when a mail will be delivered instead of just simply telling me there is no tracking number. Why lie ? Now I am forced to wait for more days for a refund to come to me when it could’ve been avoiding. She did not want to come out to speak with me because she was in a “meeting”. I can tell her co workers do not enjoy her company.
For Eddy- this is a supervisor ?! Couldn’t have tell. As a supervisor you are suppose to help your customer or at least come with a solution to give better service. What he did was just so sass. He did not even apology on Kayla behave instead he was catching an attitude and even said “Kayla is in a meeting in which I need to attend”.
I go to the Holcomb bridge location and the employee there left this location to go there because of how the staff is. They can’t even support their customer yet alone their employees. This was by far the worst customer service I ever encountered. If this location wants to improve it starts by replacing the ones that don’t want to be there. Just a waste of time , energy and hell labor hours.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !!

I went in today for service and was not prepared for what I was going for.. I met a young lady (Nedra) one of the clerks there and she was very patient with me and assisted me from beginning to end on what I needed. I’m so thankful for her service to me.. and would recommend anyone to the post office. Thank you again Nedra ??

The clerk was rude and disrespectful. I own a business which requires me to ship a lot of packages. I deal with the usps very often. I came to this branch on my lunch hour to drop off a package which required a tracking number. When asked, I told the clerk that's what I needed. She said did you try the kiosk. I stated no. She says, you know you can do this at the kiosk. I stated, I'm aware, I don't want to use the kiosk. She says well eventually, you're going to have to. I said, I'll cross that bridge when it comes. She goes on talking about how she doesn't know why people don't want to use the kiosk and in the future, they're going to make me use it. She then proceeds to draw the neighboring customer into the conversation. Now I'm being tag team bullied because I don't want to use the kiosk. The time she spent badgering me about the kiosk, she could've scanned in several packages. It was totally unacceptable, rude and not appreciated. I've had many a clerk inform me about the kiosk, they've offered to assist me with it. They also respectfully understood and moved on when I declined. They never got rude. You never know what a person's reasoning is for not wanting to engage with the kiosk. To be inconsiderate and put someone on the spot in front of the entire lobby, completely unacceptable.

The staff is not helpful at all.
Shipped a packed, and they did not even scan it properly. It keeps showing its "Accepted in Possession" for over 10 days now.
No accountability. Better off using other locations or not using USPS if possible.

This usps has great service. Ozzie gave us great service. And surprisingly I don’t have to wait that long. Took me 4 mins to complete my shipment.
