Put a down payment on a vehicle to fly into Atlanta and drive it home. Was told the tpms light was a faulty sensor. It unfortunately was not and was two nails in the tire which needed to be fixed. The headlights also were faultily wired and adjusted meaning I had to drive the 6 hr home in the dark using the bights that luckily worked. The car also did not come with a spare for the flat tire that needed to be filled along the drive. Overall not a bad purchase experience but the disregard for these things is unacceptable.

Shabbir was super helpful when I contacted the dealer. We are about 2 hours away and so he did a live walk around and sent a couple of videos. However when we began to talk about price they sent me a price that included $800 in dealer/profit fees (599 dealer and 249 for tax and tag which is about $200 more than what you pay at DMV, around $40-50 at DMV). So that was disappointing and we were not able to make the deal unfortunately. Certainly seems to be a good place to buy from but they should disclose this info on their website. This was unexpected. Glad I asked before I took the time to drive there. Thanks again Shabbir!

First off - we did not purchase a car here and the folks were nice and test drive process was easy - so added a star “to be nice” - my problem with this business is they do not allow pre-purchase car inspections…seriously, you can’t have a mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection. For this reason, I refuse to do business here. Maybe I am naive or inexperienced, but this is the first dealership I have encountered that doesn’t allow inspections. BEWARE

USA Auto Sales in Alpharetta Georgia handled my purchase of a 2014 Chevy Express Cargo Van (3500) extremely well. Shabbir was my salesman. He was very patient with me while I qualified for the loan, and helped me through each step necessary for the purchase and pickup of the vehicle (I live in Florida). A couple days before I picked up the van Shabbir sold 10 vehicles in one day. You know USA AUTO SALES is selling good quality vehicles at the right price. And they go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. 5 stars!

I purchased a vehicle from USA Auto for my niece and the whole experience was great. I live out of state and Shabbir was very helpful in getting the deal done for my niece. He allowed my niece to take her time to test drive the vehicle and look it over. He went above and beyond to make sure that she was satisfied. I will definitely go back to them when I’m in the market for another vehicle. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Make sure you ask for Shabbir!

Shabbir was awesome to work with on this remote out of state deal! I was able to view the car live via video, and he arranged transportation of the car directly to me. The transport driver was very professional and thorough. I have never bought a car completely remote with transportation to my location, but Shabbir walked me through it and kept me calm ☺️ Very great experience- thanks so much Shabbir!

My husband and I recently purchased a Honda CR-V from USA Auto Sales and the whole experience was a pleasure. From start to finish! No pushy salesmen trying to force a vehicle on us. They allowed us to take our time and look around and Hamza was great! He went above and beyond for us and I will definitely go back to them when I’m in the market for another vehicle. We drove 2hours to look at a Chrysler 300c on a Saturday. As we found out it's hard draw that kinda money out on a Saturday. They put vehicle on side have a chance on a weekday. Very .highly recommended dealer
