I was greeted by Colby as I walked in. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for while being courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The store is super clean and very well organized. A pleasure to shop there. Highly recommend.

Went in looking for in stock gas grills. They had a Fantastic supply.Lee showed me 2 brands that met my criteria. I bought the Broil King ( made in USA). Not only was it in stock but it was delivered and put on my back deck in 3.5 hours. Urban Hardware will always be my 1st stop! Thanks!

Mr Pell has the best selection of products in Metro Atlanta. We are lucky to have a true hardware store and people that care. My wife loves the outdoor furniture and nick nacks.And while inflation has affected everyone one there prices are near or the same as the big box stores and they are in our neighborhood.

Yes, a great selection of high quality products first drew me to Urban Hardware, but it is the exceptional staff that keeps me coming back. I had an unusual failure of a newly purchased part to a patio heater that Ron, Kimberly, and Lee teamed up to work with the manufacturer to get resolved on my behalf. Their courtesy, and overall we'll do whatever it takes attitude was comforting. And it wasn't just one person - every single person on that staff like Sam and even the gentleman in shipping that helped retrieve a part was exceptional.It's service like this that will make my wife and me life-long customers.
