My important document was lost and no way of tracking it even though I had my tracking receipt. It never start shipping. No one wants to take responsibilities.

Customer service at this location is rude and appalling. They make the simplest transactions extremely difficult. Wasn’t just me but occurred to everyone else I saw in line today. Don’t do business here, take it elsewhere. Save yourself the time, effort and $.

Most unbelievably rude individuals who have no clue what they’re doing. If you can avoid them, please do. I brought shredding to them and they wouldn’t honor or even TRY a coupon that said NOWHERE that it was already expired, as the woman behind the counter claimed.

Avoid this UPS store at all costs! They are not only incredibly disorganized and rude, they charge for EVERYTHING! They make up prices for boxes, and charge $1 for a single strip of tape! UPS needs to deal with this store and the horrible management. I will never go there again!

I hate to write a bad review, but I've given this location so many chances. They are close to my home and I WANT them to be better bc I need them. I kept thinking, "I'll give them one more chance, just in case it was an off day." But, every time I leave I say, "Never go back." Below are my repeated experiences for 2-3 years and at least 20+ visits.1. They refuse to give you a receipt when you drop anything pre-paid off. I kept asking for one anyway, it's always a hard no. The owner and his children tell you "Just take a picture." What?? No, I want a receipt to show a time/date stamp that I dropped it off. I don't care if it's Amazon and you don't get a kick back.2. You wait, a long time. Even if there are just 1-2 people in front of you, you will always wait. Passport photos, mailing packages, notary, you name it. They take SO LONG.3. They don't have prices displayed for all their items, the last time I was in there, I asked how much for an envelope, the manager thought about it and said "$6?" with a question at the end. He completely made it up. I checked Amazon and I could have bought 20 of these envelopes for $6, I felt ripped off.4. I now drive out of my way to go to another UPS store bc they always give me a receipt for my Amazon drop offs, I never have to ask. When I told this other store how this UPS store doesn't give receipts for Amazon drop offs, the owner said "that's not the policy with UPS, they should always give receipts, they aren't giving receipts to save money on paper."5. The last and final time I was in there (last weekend), standing in line with 5 people, the manager went to print something and the paper ran out so he said "$hit!" out loud. Everyone heard and he never apologized. To tie this one with a bow on top, my package didn't leave the state of GA until 3 days later! Then it got lost and rerouted (I only got a receipt bc I paid for the shipping).I wish more than anything this place was better, I just give up.

I frequently visit this store location at least three times a week to drop off my packages. The staff there is always friendly and helpful, and I am able to get in and out very quickly. I'm very surprised to see so many negative remarks. I have never once had an issue with anyone at this store.

The owner of this location seems to be very judgmental. If he doesn't take a liking to you, he might make you feel uncomfortable. He doesn't provide receipts, and he has made some inappropriate comments. This is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a negative review after visiting an UPS store. After reading other reviews similar to my experience, I believe that this situation require the attention of the relevant authorities.

The person who runs this store wants to save money by not printing the receipts and he even would argue with you as to why you need it. This happened twice. Never going to be at this store ever. Cant do business like this at least in a civilized world.

This is the closest UPS store. I hate coming on Saturdays. I’ve been twice on a Saturday and both times the store has opened more than 15 minutes late.

Skip this location. This store owner (Asian/Indian man) is a liar and a thief. Don’t trust his regular UPS Driver either (middle aged white man). He’s in on the owner’s schemes. They’re worse than used car salesmen. As they say in Georgia, “They’re going to hell in a hand basket.” ?

I call the store in the morning to see if I could come in and get fingerprint when I got off work at five. The person that answered the phone said he would do it for me even though they stop fingerprinting at 4, just ask for him. So, after a long day of work, I drive all the way to Alpharetta, and was told by the owner that the guy is just a worker, and he cannot dictate what to do when in the store. I wish I would've known this before I drove through 40 minutes of traffic to get here
