Staff (older man) was extremely rude. And wasn’t helpful at all. There are many other notaries you could find around that area and they are just a Google search away.

Agreeing completely with the comment made by Gina. The manager/owner guy with mustache and glasses was very rude the entire time, throwing customers’ packages carelessly and calling and talking to his customers like he’s superior to them.On top of that, it’s ridiculous to charge me $3.39 for printing out two pages of return label (I peeked at the screen for price breakdown, $3 for 15min of borrowing their computer, wow ?)! Plus this was my second time here for the same product return because they messed up the first time and sent it back to my home, and now they’re overcharging me for their mistake.Straight nonsense. Don’t go to this store.

People who work here are very difficult and not helpful at all. Have been to ther stores that are willing to help out and print shipping labels free of charge. This site charged me $3 last time and this time told me I had to go home and print and pack this most recent time. Won't be giving them my business in future. The store on Old Alabama Haynes bridge is much better and would recommend them instead.

I don’t know why I keep forgetting and stop into this UPS store. It is the worst one ever! The manager/owner/ whatever he is is never helpful, always rude and has no sense of customer service whatsoever!The one across from Roswell High School is the exact opposite and so awesome. I will remember next time and not waste my time for sure!

Today, the older man with the glasses and mustache was extremely rude. (I took this picture from another review because I didn't take a picture of him myself.) -- I was 99.9% sure I chose the Amazon return option that did not require a box. So I took the item in and the man scanned the barcode on my Amazon app and said, "Where is the box? This needs a box. The QR Code says CUSTOMER PACKED. That means you pack it." -- I was confused since I'm certain I chose the unpacked return option. Fortunately, I had the box in my car and was able to grab it. Upon handing me the receipt, the man repeated once again, "Customer packed means you pack it before you get here." -- Rude, impatient and kept giving me a really rude stare. I was nothing but kind and patient the entire encounter and even thanked him for assisting. Upper management needs to take a look into their staff here, specifically that man. He obviously hates his job. Very unprofessional and not a bit friendly. I will not be returning to this location.

The folks here were so helpful. True professionals. I had a problem with my package and they got on the phone with customer service and attempted to work through the issue. Ultimately, through their efforts, we were successfully able to ship the package. This is the standard for a UPS store. Friendly professionals who want to make the customer happy. Thank you for your efforts.

This is the best location, they are always very fast and helpful. I work around and need to go to UPS frequently and I highly recommend this place.

Don’t go here. They’ll straight up lie to your face. They say their notary system is down. Then they say they’ll try to get it working. Since when is the notary system electronic? It wasn’t when I worked at one. You just sign, stamp, pay and go. Anyways, the guy behind the counter wouldn’t notarize a power of attorney between my dad and I. He complained about where his signature went on the document and we explained it attested to mine, my dad’s, and a witness. What is so hard to understand about that? He refuse to notarize because he was legally uneducated. So word to the wise. Go elsewhere for a notary. They have some kind of predisposition about white people and have poor attitudes. Also every time I step foot in there I want to throw up from the over whelming stench of Indian food.? Guess I will be dropping my packages near my house from now on. What a shameful store.

Sadly I even had to give 1 star. This location is AWFUL!!! I called about a pkg I dropped off that has not moved from the location in over a week. The person I spoke too was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me to call UPS which I had already done and was told to call the store I dropped pkg at, that apparently they still had it. Completely useless.

Refused to take return for an oversize item with a valid label, then refused to provide personal information so I could discuss with company responsible for the return.Unhelpful, unfriendly. Too many other good options nearby to waste your time here!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Was told it would be no problem to call and check on my mail when purchasing a mail box with them. That has turned out to be a complete lie and they have no regard or interest in caring about this whatsoever. I would NEVER do business with them, and run the other way!!

Jane helped restore my faith in humankind 3/21. She was so patient processing my returns. My labels and other relevant papers were not very organized that day and she was so incredibly patient and kind where I know the average person would not be.I hope upper management knows they have an absolute jewel in Jane and compensates her accordingly. Its hard to find good people to work these days. When you find them, appreciate them!Please give Ms. Jane a raise and or bonus. She deserves it!B
