I just got fussed out by one of their grumpy drivers. He was evidently picking up a car from a local mechanic. The lot was stuffed with cars and there was only one turn around spot. Turns out, he was using that area to tow the vehicle, but neither his truck nor the one he was there to pick up were noticeable until you got right up on the lines on the ground, hidden by gravel. He looked like some crazy old man wagging his fingers at me without explanation when he appeared at the front of my car. And then proceeded to fuss at me. How about using a few cheap cones to mark where cars are being loaded since both cars were obscured from view by other cars? Take safety precautions or suffer the consequences.

Adam was great and helped me take my broken Honda Element to my repair shop. From the phone call requesting service to pick it was less than 25 minutes. I would highly suggest using them in the future.

Below freezing on the side of 400 and United sent someone out immediately. Absolutely will recommend them. Forget AAA and Onstar, will just call United Towing directly in the future.

United Towing came through with the utmost professionalism and timeliness. We were stranded and in a time crunch and other companies would only commit to within a 5 hour window, United provided a quote of one hour and were there promptly within that time-frame. I know everyone is busy, but a proper estimate makes all the difference so one can adjust their schedule. The price was exactly as quoted and was easy to pay with card or cash.I would use them again but hopefully not in the near future for the sake of another towing bill ??

Didn't want to rate this place. But Didn't have any choice to deal with the because they connect with city of Alpharetta.If anyone has any type of incidents they have to deal with this southern characters who Robb you right and left for their impound vehicle.

Called about needing a tow and said they would send someone out. The place is only 5 miles away so I assumed it wouldn’t take as long. An hour goes by and I haven’t heard anything from them so I called again to make sure they were still coming. They said they would have someone come within an hour. 2 hours for a tow is ridiculous, you’re better off finding a better tow company.Service: Car towing
