Dealership visits are typically apprehensive. This was our 5th visit to a dealer looking for a vehicle.
The gentleman who greeted us ended up being a familiar face I hadn’t seen in years: Conrad.
As soon as we got done with the test drive and my wife liked the vehicle, I knew a deal would be done.
Conrad has always been courteous and genuine. By far, this was the easiest, most transparent purchase we’ve ever made. The sheet presented to us was clean, though-and-through, no fluff.

I had a great experience at United BMW, from the crispy environment to the friendly staff. I almost left with my vehicle same day but was interrupted by a stop sale due to a recall. I was able to stay in touch with Mohammed and seal the deal a week or so later as they immediately fixed the problem and contacted me when it was done. . I got the car and the deal I wanted, can’t ask for much more than that!

Great experience with this dealership! Che was great during the entire shopping journey. Helped me locate the car I wanted with all the bells and whistles.
