I always recommend all my clients to shop here. They have the best pet products (food, treat, etc) and the cutest apparel/pet wear. All of the ladies who work there are so friendly, helpful, and love the fur babies! It's honestly the best and unique pet shop I've ever experienced.

I can't say enough positive things about this pet store and Marina who works here is an incredible person who is deeply knowledgable about dogs. Her guidance for food suggestions has helped my dog lose weight while getting all the essential vitamins he needs. The options for organic dog treats is fantastic and my dog loves visiting here. Not to mention, the dog events are fun for both the pet parents and pooches. Thank you for everything!

Very friendly staff to both humans and doggies. Staff was very helpful in trying to find the older dog a treat she would love to have. While the younger dog was able to pick a tough toy. Lots of dog cookies, treats, bones, toys, clothes and shampoo/conditioners to pick from!

Definitely a fancy, boutique-type pet store, not an everyday place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We bought a tug toy and a little outfit. It was a fun visit.

The best organic dog store in Alpharetta! Marina and Liz are always caring, kind and take the time to help you meet your dogs needs. I regularly buy their dog food/treats and my big boy is obsessed with their toys. They have created a positive community of dog people and events-you gotta stop by!

I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to shop here. My first visit on August 3rd was amazing. The sale associate was helpful and voluntary stated that they had an "Exchange Only" store policy and that if something DID NOT work out, I was allowed to exchange the item for something else with proof of purchase (my receipt). I spent $142.20 on 5 items that day. One of the items I purchased was some dog treats. The brand of dog treats, I am familiar with and my dog enjoys. However, I decided to change the favor from chicken to bacon for her to try something new. Well, that didn't go well and my dog refused to eat them so I decided when I took her to get groomed, I would stop by and exchange the treats and purchase more items in the store. Once, I got there this past Wednesday the sale associate stated that I was NOT allowed to exchange the dog treats. As the sales associate was talking, I stop looking and made the decision to not look or purchase anything from that point on. Someone gave her the approval to exchange the dog treats eventually. However, it is not about the money or the dog treats but if you have a store policy, it needs to be applied to everyone and made available before purchase. Customer service must be top priority as well and I did not receive that on Wednesday. Therefore, I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to shop here. And to be clear the dog treats were $8.99 but I spent $142.20 and was only exchanging the dog treats. I don't care what it is or how much it cost. I spend BIG money on my dog but I cannot shop somewhere, where you pick and choose when to honor your store policy and the customer service is not right.

This store has everything you could ever want for your pooch. The staff there goes out of there way to ensure your customer experience is perfect. Mike and the crew are always trying new ideas to make the store better and spoil our doggos. Just look how happy my best boi and girls are in their harness that was fitted to them.

Love this store! Marina is always incredibly sweet to my kids and pups. The store is super clean - especially considering so many pets go inside. Clothes are always hung or folded nicely and easy to see. The items are great quality and things you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Marina makes shopping easy and fun and has offered to help me find other sizes many times. Curbside pickup is also super convenient for quick things.
