The assistant manager, Austin, helped me quickly find what I needed. I got in and out with six items in about 15 minutes thanks to him! That store can be so overwhelming it's a good thing they have a lot of workers to help.

Today was my birthday as soon as I walked into the store everyone was so nice, Ms Tamara assisted me with my shopping, she was very helpful, humble and kind. She helped me pick the best foundation for my skin and she walked me to the cash register. She was such an angel. Thank you so much for your help today, May God Bless you.

About 5 of their employees followed me around the store and whispered into their walkie-talkies while I was shopping. I carried my small wallet, phones, and one of their white hand-held baskets, and intentionally left my purse in my car to avoid an uncomfortable situation. I can appreciate that they may experience theft and need to create a helpful environment, but this was excessive. I’ve never had an issue like this in this store and I hope this was just a one-off.

I like to compliment whenever I can ... the North Point location had several cheerful associates today when I came in to shop who spoke to me when my mom and I walked in ... the store was clean, products were well displayed, and a very quick check out. I had a bad experience at another type of chain clothing store with younger store associates the day before this and the contrast between well trained people today to that of the day before was a duly noted! Good job to ULTA for your training and for hiring nice efficient people! Restores my faith that there are companies out there that really do care.

Today I came in to buy stuff to learn how to do make up. Michaela was the staff that assisted me and she was just amazing and had so much patience. She didn’t try to push the most expensive brands on me but showed me beginner stuff. And helped me choose a variety of products. I ended up spending 200 dolalrs still but so worth it for the experience. Thank you so much Michaela for answering my questions and being so kind. I will be back to shop here forsure.

The attitude in this place is just crazy!! My wife needed some help and it was like she was bothering them. I mean literally the employees was mean mugging my wife for asking. Seriously if you don't like working with people don't! I mean even after my wife was done the employee looked like she was wanting to murder someone. Your job is customer service first and foremost... seriously my wife is paying for you to work here... get over yourself! I wanted to say something so badly... maybe she was having a bad day... then get off the floor or put your game face on. I have been in sales my whole life... customer service is the number one aspect of sales. In contrast we were at the other big makeup store earlier and the staff was super helpful and happy to help! I would not come back here if the product was free!

I did not like the customer service here for its inefficiency and lack of politeness on top of that the manager comes with a bigger attitude. The girl seemed new or just not sharp as I had to explain a very simple error made by them where I had receivedthe wrong shade twice. She was making an error not charging me and I had to tell her that you're suppose to charge me. Things went downhill after that because she got so confused. I feel like I would've saved a lot of time and energy had I gone along with that and NOT let her charge me. Sometimes honesty can be stupidity and that's what happened with me. I chould sense the manager saaying something about me the moment I left. How unprofessional and uncouth!

I love Ulta. However, I went in for foundation and color match because the foundation I used for years was changed. The woman that was suppose to be helping me. I asked her what shade took the place of the one I used previously. She said “I don’t know.” So, I asked can you help me find a color that would be good. She said “I will give you ae and you can test the different ones” instead of making suggestions, she stood over to the side texting on her cell phone and never once asked me anything. Poor customer service. Why is she there getting paid, if you don’t want to work and text on the job.

I try not to shop there unless if I have to because their customer service is bad and I do not get help often. I drive further to the Suwanee or Norcross location instead. It takes them quite a bit to check people out because they are chatty and have no common sense to keep the line moving.
