These guys at First Form are the real deal...knowledgeable, fun, passionate, caring and driven to help everyone no matter what. In a time where we are saturated with small gym and so-called fitness centers, FFF could also stand for flexible, fun and FANTASTIC... they do make a difference in people's lives.

A gym or fitness center can help you meet your fitness goals. The right gym helps you take control of your health, train for an athletic event, recover from an injury or simply serve as a fun place for recreation and socializing. With so many gyms and fitness centers to choose from, it is important to think about what features matter most to you, keeping in mind your current fitness level, personality and overall health goals. This is what I found in First Form Fitness, I am 64 years old and I have exercised on and off since I was 5 years old. Like many people I have signed memberships here and there to different fitness clubs and barley used them because no one was there to wait for me, trainers could pass by you but will never correct you if you are doing something wrong, you were not paying them $60.00 per hours, you could injure yourself and no one would who. At First Form Fitness I am starting week 6 of training going there three times a week, for the last 4 years I keep saying to myself I have no time to go to the gym, not today, may be tomorrow, but tomorrow never happens until a customer of mine introduced me to this place, and day one I knew I was in good hands. This place is for people who are serious about their health and forms, I go there I work for an hour, I am done and week after week I see my body change to a more firm, and defined one. I have never been over weight but was I getting there probably. People say it is the process of aging, I can prove the opposite and I will. Trust me I have been around and if you want results it is the place to go, and by the way all trainers are wonderful, each one has a different personality, but all very serious about what they do.

I do not normally write reviews but I part of my 6 week challenge was to write a review so here goes. I found this place through a post on Facebook. The deal offered was a 6 free six week challenge. I checked out the studio online the name and slogan .. First Form Fitness .. where form comes first was appealing to me. I have had knee and back problems for a while and this was important to me. At my initial consult I met with PD. He was passionate about his gym, the challenge and life. The challenge like all things advertised as free was not free .. yes I know but I was listening. The challenge was to follow a very specific diet and workout 3 times a week to hit a predefined goal. 25lbs or 6% body fat in 6 weeks in return for your money back. I am a practical skeptic and knowing my own medical and physical challenges knew that winning this challenge was going to be near impossible for me. I signed up anyway .. yes I know very very foolish right. I got my tailored nutrition plan and started my workouts. The nutrition plan was a very simple one pager and easy to follow. It included very real food, simple ingredients and a very efficient way to mix and match proteins, carbs, fats and vegetables to make a variety of meals. I have tried a lot of plans and this one pager is my favorite. 3 days into it I did not need to look at it I knew exactly what I was supposed to eat and in what quantity. I was never hungry and continue to enjoy meals on this plan even after my challenge. The workouts were challenging but every step of the way the coaches helped me improve my form and mobility. All of the coaches are well trained and all of them watch and help throughout the workout. They stop you and provide modifications to make sure the form is correct. They wanted to make sure I was not in any pain while performing my exercises .love that about this place. I came in one day with a crick in my neck and coach Wes simply took me aside and worked it right out of my neck. Zack was my appointed trainer he reviewed pictures of my meals .. yes every meal.. found even the hidden foods at the bottom of a pile of greens and kept me on track. I know you are curious to know how I did on my challenge and did I get my money back.. so here it is I worked hard and followed the protocol. The workouts were hard but a lot of fun. I enjoyed going to the gym the energy levels were awesome the coaches PD, Zack, Wes and Vlad are truly amazing. Even after all of that I was struggling with the weight loss. I have PCOS and insulin resistance the scale and I have never been friends. I lost weight each week but not at the rate of 4.2 lbs/wk to win the challenge. I was loosing about 2.5lbs/week while I was loosing the battle I felt great, looked leaner and got stronger every day. I kept the pace and everyday was able to workout just a little harder .. I was proud of me and my coaches were right there with me. So no I did not win the challenge but I intend to win this war. I continue to put my faith in my coaches and my hard work to keep moving forward. Did I lose my money was it a rip-off .. No PD made sure to honor his word and I will continue to accept new challenges every day and raise the bar. I hope you enjoyed this review and find it useful. I have struggled with my weight my entire life so I relate very well. It is not easy ..nothing worthwhile in life is easy and I am worth it and so are you. Get your butt into the First Form studio and say hi. I look forward to making new friends.

I considered myself to be somewhat in shape, often working out but not really getting any results. When I saw the 6 week challenge I thought "why not?" From the first day I knew this was going to be a fantastic journey. PD was exceptional at explaining the company and what he wanted for his gym as well as what he wanted for us, as the members. It takes a skill to honestly reach out to all the members and PD, and the rest of his team, have created a culture that extends to the far reaches of FFF. I didn't think I would sweat and work as hard as I did but I did. That plateau that I was talking about? It's been demolished and turned into a terrain full of hills and valleys. This gym pushes you and can only get you results if you work hard. However, it's not difficult with the coaches cheering you on every step of the way. Now I didn't reach my goal for the 6 week challenge due to health concerns of my own devices, but the day I came back to FFF it was like I never left. Hugs and high fives greeted me. You feel like family and like you're apart of a community. I will say that I joined the second my 6 week challenge ended because it was more then the scales results to me and I actually LOOKED FORWARD to going to the gym, and I still do. Thank you guys for all the time and effort you put into me and making sure I work my hardest but also supporting me when I need it. I see nothing but good things happening in the future for this place.

I want to thank the coaches (P.D., Wes, and Zack) at First Form Fitness, for the amazing results I have achieved in the last four months. When I began training, in December of 2016, I weighed 280 pounds and my mobility was limited due to sitting at a desk all day. My goal, when I first started at First Form Fitness, was to lose a few pounds and be able to stretch without pain. As of April 14th, 2017 with P.D., Wes, and Zack's guidance, I have lost 35 pounds, three inches from my waist, I feel better in general, and my mobility has improved beyond my expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming and non-intimidating. When you walk into First Form Fitness, you are met with a cheerful greeting from the coaches, and when you leave you are thanked for coming. To me, it is a no brainer, whether you want to lose a few pounds, have better mobility, or just plain feel better, do yourself a favor and visit the coaches at First Form Fitness. You will not believe the results.

First Form Fitness taught me so much about nutrition and getting in shape. I thought I was eating healthy, but they helped show me the science behind it to help your body lose weight. That still takes will power, but the trainers do a great job keeping you accountable. The training is responsible and sets you up for success. They show you the right way to do everything so you don't hurt yourself. They can help you work around those aches and pains you've always had working out to correct them. It's the perfect mix of tough and supportive because you know you'll never push yourself as hard as your trainer will to get results : ) do yourself a favor and stop by.

Thanks to First Form Fitness and it's AWESOME Coaches, I successfully exceeded my fitness goals in the 6-week transformation challenge. These three coaches (PD, Wes, and Zach) were nothing short of amazing in their motivation and fitness techniques. They genuinely care about EACH person's fitness and health goals. Can't wait to join this gym again for another challenge!!

I can't thank these guys enough for the encouragement and positivity they exhibited as I tried to reach my goals. I lost 13 pounds and 6.3% body fat in 6 weeks. Wes was there to guide me on my nutrition and help me think of things to eat because I am a vegetarian. Zack called me out when I started to get mentally tired and made me realize my full potential. PD ensure that I took care of my form and mobility to maximize my workout. There were days I came in tired, but I always left energized. They knew exactly when they needed to be tough on me and when to lift my spirits. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! You all are amazing :)

I have finished my 6 week challenge with First Form Fitness and I am truly impressed!! Wes, Zack, and PD are amazing! They are so positive and really make you feel like part of a family. They are tough and don't let you quit. They not only work with the fitness part but with your diet. When I say diet I really mean a better way to eat for overall health. Not something unrealistic and hard to maintain. I have formed habits with them that will stick with me. I am really greatful for the time they took with me and the individual training they provide. I have been to gyms in the past where they do not care about your form which can lead to pain and injuries. Wes, Zack, and PD take this very seriously. They teach you and make sure you maintain correct form throughout all of the exercises. I would completely recommend First Form Fitness to anyone who is serious about making a change for themselves!! Love it!!

Hurrayy my challenge is complete. It wouldn't be possible without Pedram Daryus Shirgir and Wes Carter support. I been to many fitness centers before, but never had such great workout program and support from trainers that I got at First Form Fitness Studio. The way Pedram Daryus Shirgir and Wes Carter greet every morning when we walk into the studio makes the day happy and the workout exciting. I enjoyed every group workout session, everyone is supportive and encouraging, which makes the workout more easy. You guys rock. Thanks to First Form Fitness Studio for the encouragement throughout 6 weeks program. Never expected that I would complete the challenge, rather I'm continuing classes to reduce more weight happily and stay healthy. I surely recommend First Form Fitness Studio for anyone who want to get in shape, and this place is a very good stress buster.

The trainers at First Form are amazing! I love that form comes first and then the work. In 6 weeks I lost 20 lbs with their help. They always pushed me farther than I thought I could go. And with nutrition always being the hard part for me they always answered any questions that I had and made sure that I was able to stay consistent with my food choices. If you are looking for a good all encompassing gym service I would definitely recommend First Form Fitness!
