This was an absolutely smooth and very positive experience. Raj explained everything with patience and answered all the questions that I had. The vehicle was well maintained and without any issues. Dont rent here. The guy cancelled the reservation on us without calling to confirm and rented the van we reserved to someone else. He claims “there is a policy stated on the website that says if you dont pickup within an hour of your reservation they have the right to cancel” i cant find any such policy anywhere and when i asked him to show me he couldnt. Either way the guy had no customer service skills and did not want to help until he realized i wasnt going to leave. we finally talked to uhaul and they had to direct us somewhere 12 miles away.

Great Uhaul location, they have way more packing supplies then any uhaul location i have ever seen, im writting this review also because the owner conducted great business with my refund through my moving business Thanks again sir! Much appreciated!
