We purchased my daughter's wedding dress here. While we were there we found a dress we all like for me as the MOB. Bonnie was amazing with my daughter. I went back to try on the dress we had seen. Vickie pulled that dress and 2 others which were not my taste at all. I started to walk around to see if there was anything I liked. I felt uncomfortable because it felt like I wasn't allowed to do that. Completely different experience than with my daughter. I tried 2 more dresses that I had picked and stuck with the first one. After I put my clothes back on - Vickie measures me over my clothes (summer cotton eyelet dress with a full skirt.). I was like ??? I felt rushed and like she couldn't be bothered. I was there maybe 45 minutes and it was a stressful appointment. She then goes to order my dress and there's an online fee plus a rush shipping fee. I said I don't need a rush, we are 5 months out. She proceeded that they didn't stock my size, they only stock to a 14 (my normal size) so it was a custom order (size 16). So I came home and thought about it and placed the order the next day. She came back and said - oh delivery date just got pushed out 2 more days, you need to hurry and pay the rush fee. I ordered it and said I don't want rush shipping. Delivery date was almost a full 30 days before the wedding. Well the dress came in 3 days ahead of time - yay. I went and tried it on, it was huge. I was so upset as this was a $650 dress. I knew when I had left my appointment that I didn't feel right.
I tried it on and Vickie proceeds to say - oh a smaller size wouldn't have fit you. I went to my alterations lady that I've used for 12 years. She said - you're swimming in this, are you sure they ordered the right size? You needed a size smaller (and no, I have not lost any weight). I was so upset, she had to basically redo the entire top of the dress, re-bead the leaves because she had to take it all in in the front and back, it has boning, and then put the beads back. I knew it would be too long and that was fine. So on top of $650 plus tax and junk fees, alterations have run me $350 on top of the cost of the dress and this is my person. I had gone to another alterations place they had recommended who said off the cuff it would be over $400
I see now in the reviews on Yelp that I was not the only one who had these issues so beware.

Had the best dress shopping experience! Treasures' team helped pull the dress that immediately was THE ONE! I had shown someone dresses tried on at a previous store, what I liked and didn't like... and it was the first dress I tried on, I didn't need to see any others!! Beautiful AND affordable options. I also got my alterations done in house! Working with Bonnie was a breeze! Cannot wait to show off my dress!

Vickie and her daughter are wonderful to work with. I have visited their store on three different occasions over the past 10 years for mother of the bride or groom dresses, and I have been nothing but pleased each time. There is a wonderful selection of dresses. They both go above and beyond to be helpful and informative. I have never felt rushed or pressured when I'm there, and I have always happily made a purchase. I cannot recommend Treasures enough.

I had a terrible experience at Treasures. It was a complete disaster. It is sad and disappointing the way the owners of this business, a business that deals with a major event in a person’s life, handled their mistakes. The way they treat their customers is uncalled for. Vickie talks a lot about people not being nice. But it is she and her daughters who are not nice. They are defensive and rude.
Instead of admitting their mistakes and trying to rectify the situation, they made a bad situation worse.
I paid for a dress on February 15th for my daughter’s wedding in July. I also paid two rush fees. But I believe Vickie forgot to place the order and I was also not sized correctly.
When the dress finally showed up on May 25th, it was way too big on me.
I took it to one of the seamstresses they recommended. The seamstress was shocked that only my ribcage had been measured and that the dress was 3 sizes too big for me. The alterations would have been extensive.
When I took the dress back to Treasures, Vickie and Bonnie immediately got defensive and blamed the seamstress and called her greedy and a liar. This is a seamstress they recommended!
A representative from the manufacturer told me to ask for a refund for the dress because I had been sized incorrectly. So I did, and as I stood in their store asking for my refund, they told me to get out of their store, that I was on their property and said, “We WILL call the authorities.” Um, okay. So much hostility coming from Vickie and her daughters. Truly sad.
That pretty much tells you they have a lot of problems with their customers. Not because of the customers, but because of them. They need to look at the common denominator and see who the problem is. It’s them. They are in the wrong business.
They wasted over 3 1/2 months of my life and then they threatened me after lying and deflecting. So pathetic.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I trusted them and I regret it. It was an experience that was beyond disappointing.

I went in for my appointment with my soon to be mother in law and sister (who is 8). The lady at the front desk informed us that they do not allow any children under the age of 13 IN THE BUILDING. we asked if my soon to be sister could sit in the front of the building with HER MOM as I shopped for a dress to which she said no and suggested that the 8 year old SAT IN THE CAR on FaceTime. she mentioned that an email was sent and text went out. The text and email do not clarify the children are not allowed in the building. The text is easily mistaken as a spam text and conformation text/email does not mention it. As a soon to be bride the fact the staff did not allow my sister in law to join, even after we offer her and her mother to sit by the door in front of the desk is truly unreasonable. The staff was extremely sassy and disrespectful. Treasure bridal lost a sale. I am happy to find a dress elsewhere where MY FAMILY can be involved.

The team here is so caring and supportive as you try on SO MANY dresses. They had an amazing selection and nailed my taste on quite literally the first dress I tried on. I tried on that first dress and said that's the one! Alterations were quick and the team was so responsive and on top of communication. I felt the most beautiful on my wedding day and have the treasures team to thank for that!

Rude staff and when we showed up with 8 yr old sister of the bride they wouldn't even allow her to sit on a bench by the front door. They did however suggest my 8 yr old go to the car and video call in !

Had a terrible experience after driving an hour to look for MOB dresses I walked in to an empty store on a Tuesday and was told I needed an appt to flip through the rack of dresses and hust look. they informed me they were waiting on an appt who was running late. I said " I was here with my daughter last week,when she was looking for a bridal gown, and didn't want to take away from her appt. to browse". ( thank goodness she found nothing there, as we had a great experience down the road at Wedding Angels). The associate again told me I needed to leave and come back with an appt. I told her I'd just flip through quickly and leave as soon as their appt arrived but again she told me I could not do that. Then the owner came out and handed me a card to come back with an appt. It was unbelievable! the store is dark, they were in welcoming, not a great selection of bridal gowns and I'm amazed theyre still in business after treating customers like this. I'll never give them my $. Read the negative reviews, do yourself a favor and do t waste time here. not a good, happy place which is what you want when bridal shopping.

The staff is incredibly sweet. The shop is so cute. I'd highly suggest not to do alterations here. When the dress came back I was upset it didn't fit my chest. I was told "it's not supposed to fit like a sports bra." My breast literally wouldn't stay in my dress when I tried to dance. I cried both when I picked up my dress and at my wedding. My pictures are awful. Not to mention how uncomfortable it was to wear a strapless dress that was too big and heavy.
